Material and labour for running welding in repairs not exceeding 6mm thick metal sheets such as devotailed hinges, peg stay assembly and MS butt hinges etc., with steel window and steel frame of doors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix second class hardwood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Plain framed, panelled shutter second class hardwood rail and syle, 35mm thick (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Glazed and skeleton shutters, 35mm thick using second class hard wood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed

SCHEDULE 'A' PART - I (E/M WORKS) Taking down aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. for taking into credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No. in and including medium grade, PVC concealed conduit and conduit accessories concealed in wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked with valid CML No.(IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS:3419:1976 for conduit accessories), with mild steel/pressed steel sunken boxes with earth dolly duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint/aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally, and two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally, covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for fixing of switches, sockets etc, including PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED street light fitting 60Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for GI Bracket bend to shape in cold or hot 40mm bore medium grade and 1.50 M long with suitable MS clamps and nuts bolts etc, to fixing security light fittings to Bldgs complete after taking down the unserviceable GI bracket all as directed.

Supply and fix heavy duty Exhaust fan 380 mm sweep 1400 RPM, with louver shutter and connecting including making holes for Exhaust Fan and provision of 3 core cable of 0.5 sqmm from ceiling rose to fan complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs MCB distribution board, double door, made of 1.2 mm thick special grade CRCA sheet, powder coated with high quality weather proofing paint conforming to IS 13032, fixed in switch boards/wall at various places of capacity 230 volts 8 way SPN MCB DB. DBS shall conform to IS 38 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs MCB SP 06 to 32 Amps, 10KA 240 volts, 50Hz, B Curve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs MCB SPN 32 Amps 10KA 240 volts, C curve complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Circuit/Sub main wiring two run of 4 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable single core multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade drawn through suitable size of PVC conduit and conduit accessories concealed on floor/wall/ surface on ceiling with suitable clamps/saddles including one run of 4sqmm PVC insulated copper cable for continuous earth conductor connected to common earth dolly complete including taking down the old unserviceable items all as specified and as directed. Note :- Two runs of 4 sqmm cable and one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC Conduit shall be measured as one unit length / running metre.

Material and labour for Circuit/Sub main wiring two run of 6 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable single core multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade drawn through suitable size of PVC conduit and conduit accessories concealed on floor/wall/ surface on ceiling with suitable clamps/saddles including one run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable for continuous earth conductor connected to common earth dolly complete including taking down the old unserviceable items all as specified and as directed. Note :- Two runs of 6 sqmm cable and one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC Conduit shall be measured as one unit length / running metre.

Material and labour for earthing for pole complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer of GI steel and connecting to testing point including provision of test point and all as shown in electrical plate No. 3. The quoted rate is inclusive of necessary earth work and PCC chamber in type C1 (1:2:4) with 8 mm CTD bar reinforcement both ways at 140 mm centre to centre complete including taking down the old unserviceable items all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
