145 KV, 800A, SF6 Gas insulated feeder bay module of Hitachi/CGL/ABB/GE/Siemens make alongwith coupler module to join it with existing 132 GIS of CGL make. The feeder bay module shall be comprising of SF6 gas insulated circuit breaker, current transformer, bus-bar discoonectors with common grounding switch, disconnector with safety grounding switch, high speed fault making, grouding switch, PT, SF6 gas monitoring system for complete bay, local control cubicle, gas insulated terminal connection for connecting XLPE cable with cable termination enclosure and other accessories with necessary arrangement to connect with existing 132 KV module and extension of Main Bus-I&II GIS etc. to complete feeder bay module as indicated in the SLD/Layout of substation and as per technical specification.
Indoor type complete end termination kit suitable for above cable with all accessories.
Outdoor type complete end termination kit suitable for above cable with all accessories.
Erection (Work)
Erection & commissioning of 145 KV, 800A, SF6 Gas insulated feeder bay module each comprising of SF6 gas insulated circuit breaker, current transformer, bus-bar discoonectors with common grounding switch, disconnector with safety grounding switch, high speed fault making, grouding switch, PT, SF6 gas monitoring system for complete bay, local control cubicle, gas insulated terminal connection for connecting XLPE cable with cable termination enclosure and other accessories with GIS etc. to complete feeder bay module as indicated in the SLD/Layout of substation and as per technical specification including modification of foundation/base.
Erection of Indoor type complete end termination kit suitable for above cable with all accessories.
Erection of outdoor type complete end termination kit suitable for above cable with all accessories.
Installation of 132 KV control & relay panel including shifting from store to control room & modification of plinth & proper grouting/ earthing etc.

Excavation of trench approx 1.5 meter depth 0.8 meter width from GIS control room to open yard
Backfilling of trench with sand, RCC Cover & leveling of excavated earth. The work site shall be left as clean as possible
Laying of armoured control cable from C&R panel situated at control room to Hybrid bay including opening & proper placing of cable trench cover space item shifting to JE store.
