Removing worn out Seat foam complete and S&F new seat foam which is highly active inflaming retarding element of size 460mmx460mmx100mm thickness with PU foam 40 density covered with mamal cloth/Markine cloth including fixing with suitable bolts and nuts as approved by GE complete all as per specified and directed. For Push back Chairs

Removing of damaged plywood in seats and S&F new plywood of thickness 19mm BWR grade type BB in seats as per IS standards fixed with screws and as approved by GE complete all as per specified and directed. For Push back Chairs

Removing worn-out cloth of seat complete and S&F new premium cloth in seats not less than Rs.300 per meter, which must be open type with zip at back as existing and fixing complete as per site to the existing MS frame of seat,colour & quality of cloth as approved by GE complete all as per specified and directed. For Push back Chairs

Removing worn out back foam complete and S&F new back foam which is highly active inflaming retarding element of size 460mmx730mmx100mm thickness with PU foam 40 density covered with malmal cloth/Markine including fixing with suitable bolts and nuts all as approved by GE complete all as per specified and directed. Removing worn-out cloth of back complete and S&F new premium cloth in back not less than Rs.300 per meter, which must be open type with zip at bottom as existing and fixing complete set up as per site to the existing MS frame of back, colour & quality of cloth as approved by GE complete all as per specified and directed. For Push back Chairs

Removing of Unserviceable PVC in PU arm rest with cup holder & S&F of new PVC in PU arm rest with cup holder with suitable bolts and nuts complete all as per specified and directed. For Push back Chairs

Removing of Unserviceable plywood, foam & cloth in arm rest with cup holder & S&F new 4mm thick BWR grade type BB plywood along with PU foam & cloth in oval shaped arm rest of size (80mm x 370mm approx) & thickness not less than 30mm as per as site drawing, colour & quality of cloth & as approved by GE complete all as per specified and directed. M&L for spot gas welding to the broken parts / joints of MS frame, Base plate as required to make the chair in serviceable condition complete all as per specified and directed. For Push back Chairs

M&L for preparation of all exposed steel surfaces by sanding with emery paper, dusting with clean cloth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality approved by GE complete all as per specified and directed. For Push back Chairs

Removing of unserviceable spring in chairs, Nut and Bolts in base plate & S&F of new spring in chairs, Nut and Bolts in base plate etc as required for fixing the whole set up to the floor rigid complete all as per specified and directed. For Push back Chairs

Removing of unserviceable Push back mechanism & S&F of new push back mechanism made the chair functionable as per existing mechanism as approved by GE complete all as per specified and directed. For Push back Chairs

S&F new cloth in febric side panel complete all as per specified and directed. For Push back Chairs Note for Item No 1.00 to 13.00 The existing chairs are of Make Kundan Multiplex Chair but these can be repaired through authorised representative of any other manufacturers as approved by GE.
