Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of noising of steps etc. complete. 50mm thick 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Supply and filling of GSb/RMB of specified and required size as directed including dressing, ramming watering and compacting with power roller to required gradient and camber with carriage of all material involved loading, unloading and stacking complete.
