Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing tiled False Ceiling of specified materials of size595x595mm in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gms/sqm both side inclusive ) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced jointsto get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size24x25 mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main “T” at 600mm center to center to form a grid of 1200 x600mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600mm and size 24x25 mmmade of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.30mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in thegrid including, wherever, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T”runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size27x37x25x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dashfasteners, 4mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized butterfly level clips ofsize 85x30x0.8 mm spaced at 1200mm center to center along size85x30x0.8 mm spaced at 1200mm center to center along main T, bottomexposed width of 24mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted withpolyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawingsand as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (The rate is excluding the cost oftiles which will be paid for separately).8mm mm thick square edge PVC Laminated Gypsum Tile of size 595x595 mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard manufactured from naturalgypsum as per IS 2095 part-I and laminated with white 0.16mm thick fireretardant PVC film on the face side and 12micron metalized polyester onthe back side with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goesaround and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back sidemetalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit (analysised rate)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing of pvc wall panelling on the walls of rooms including angle profile on edges & u -profile on the top of pannelling if required complete job (pannels should be standard make) of good quality.

Installation testing and comissioning of 2X2 Recessed luminaire  with LED (Light Emitting Diode) maximum system power: 36 W, minimum Luminous flux of luminaire 100 Lm/w, Colour temperature of 5700K, Neutral white, CRI > 80, P.F >0.9 THD<15%, 50,000 operating hours; Energy efficient  LEDs, aluminium profile with Polyester powder white coloured coat  Protruded Prismatic diffuser for glare-free uniform illumination, , IP 40. Firm has to submit Certification-LM 79 and LM 80.The test report should be from Govt. Approved Lab/inhouse NABL Lab with 05 years of warranty.

P/F of 300mm exhaust fan of havells or eqvt. Make incl. testing , commission complete .

Wiring for fan point/ exhaust Fan/call bell point with 1.5 sqmm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in Surface/ recessed medium class PVC Conduit , with modular switch, modular plate, suitable G.I. box and earthing the point with 1.5sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

P/F of celing fan 1200mm sweep of havells or eqvt. Make incl. testing , commission complete .

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 2.0 Ton Inverter type Split ACs (copper) (3 star) Hot/ Cold (all weather) type of minimum capacity following sizes as 1etailed below. Each unit must provide cooling dehumidification, be operatable via remote control, operate at 220-240 V AC supply with latest in vogue features. Repairs made to wall whereever required.Warrantee.- a). Warrantee shall be provided for 12 month from the date of installations. The compressor shall be warranted for 5 years from the date of installation
