Taking down carefully unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell, power sockets) along with unserviceable fittings/fixture such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, electric fitting, light fittings including serviceable fitting/fixture and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. (serviceable fitting/fixtures shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking down carefully aluminium submain wiring with wooden battens / PVC surface conduit complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for wiring with and including multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked with valid CML number drawn in and including medium grade PVC casing and capping double lock type 32mm in size, fire resistant, ISI marked including with its fittings and fixtures such as tees, bends, elbows, junction boxes, etc. including multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked with valid CML number as continuity earth wire and including pressed steel sunken concealed terminal box with 3mm thick industrial laminated sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets and fan regulators etc. complete all as specified and directed for the following :- (a) One light point controlled by one No. one way switch.

(b) One light point controlled by two, 2- way switches.

(c) One fan point controlled by one switch.

(d) One 5 Amps socket out let controlled by one switch on the same board with other switches.

(e) One multi pin 5 Amps socket out let point on independent board.

Supply & Fix in repairs, sub-main wiring with 2 single core, 6 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 Volts grade, FRLSH, copper multi stranded conductor drawn in and including PVC casing and capping of 32mm size including drawing one run of PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 Volts grade, FRLSH, copper conductor multi stranded, 6 Sqmm size as continuous earth wire drawn through and connected to main switch/DB and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
