Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to full depth as may be directed,except in hard rock,requiring blasting including shoring and shuttering and bailing out of water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth or sand in layer of not more than 15cm thick.well rammed and consolidated and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift of 10m & initial lift of 2m and depositing the surplusr earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with iniital lead and lifts,clearing and levelling the site etc., complete as per SS20B and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.17,23,24).

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Cement, Four Fine Aggregate and Eight Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 mix (One cement and One and a half Fine Aggregate and Three Coarse Aggregate) Using 20mm ISS HBG metal including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges for curing,finishing but excluding centering,shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills, including vibrating charges etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by departmental Engineers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per design given including cost of steel and binding wire with all conveyance and lead charges in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the deparmental engineers.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting uptp 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cmx6.5cm dia spaced about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre tocentre etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental engineers.

Brick Work in CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of sand) mix using Third Class Country Brick Kiln Burnt bricks 8 ¾ " x 4 ¼ " x 2 1/4" including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing the concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers

Collection and Spreading the Well gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarries as noted in the lead chart to the road site including loading, unloading and stacking them to departmental gauge for premeasurement including labour charges for spreading leveling to camber and consolidated by power roller etc complete as per MORTH Specification

Special Ceiling Plastering with CM 1:3 (One part of cement & three parts of sand)mix for 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing,finishing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:30,56&57

Finishing with top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cmx20cmx20cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with same water proofing compound mixed with cement motar ,red oxide, etc.complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers. - 10 m2 TNBP No:44-I

Plastering with CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of sand) mix for 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing,finishing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:56&57

Daddoing with first quality colour glazed tiles of 200 mm x 100 mm x 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two Sand) and pointing with white cement neatly including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all labour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. TNBP No.special

Laying with first quality design ceramic tiles of all colours new ceramic tiles 305 x 305x 6mm tk for flooring and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (one part of cement & three parts of sand)20mm thick and pointed with white cement including adding with suitable colouring pigments of match with the colour of tiles used and curing etc., complete.including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all labour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. TNBP No.special

Supply and fixing of Indian water closet with new glazed earthern ware Indian water closet of 22” Oriya type of approved quality & approved colour with “P” or “S” trap with sand cushion and forming flooring around the water closet using 40mm size broken brick jelly in cement concrete 1:2:4 of 4” thick and plastering with cement motar 1:3 20mm thick using river sand including fixing the water closet in position and giving necessary connection to CI stacks etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer etc. complete. TNBP No. 100,102 & 103

Wiring with 2 x 1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceilling with PVC accessoires in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable color with for PVC concealed light / fan point (for electronic regulator) (5 Point per coil) (SD24)

Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.

Supplying and fixing M.S Grill to doors, special windows and ventilators etc using 20mmx6mm as directed by the departmental officers inclusive of cost of MS grill including one primer coat of red oxide and fixing in position etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(as per the schedule of rate)TNBP No:86 & 86-A.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint S.I.358 Plastic emulison paint of'approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Painting with two coats of Approved colour of best quality synthetic enamel paint, painting over new iron work including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
