Urgent desilting and strengthening the tank bund in Kanagan Lake, Puducherry.

Amount

Desilting and earth work in rough/slushy excavation and dressing up in embankment by using machineries and labour for, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks, filling up ground depression and lift upto 6m, removing the silt, floating materials, grass, bushes, rank vegetation, aquatic plants. The cost shall include pumping out of stagnated water wherever required, removal of slush, silt/earth shall be disposed within lead of 6Km including leveling the disposed silt/earth, all machineries, Excavator, loader, floater and other special type of machineries, tools and plants, labours, head load, over head charges, working under unhygienic and foul condition and under water condition and also providing safety gears viz., hand glows, gumboots face mask etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer –in-charge. (The Payment is based on level basis which shall be taken on the lake before and after desilting. The cost of levelling and other surveying related work shall be arranged by the Contractor).
