Servicing of installed window type Air conditioner of any make 1.5/2.00 TR ton capacity including taking down, dismantling from grill, taking out air conditioner, removing all electrical components, cleaning with brush, condenser, washing with presure water, oiling moving parts and reassembling complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of installed Split Air conditioner of any make 1.5/2.0 TR capacity indoor and out door units including taking down, dismantling from grill, taking out air conditioner, removing all electrical components, cleaning with brush, condenser, washing with presure water, oiling moving parts and reassembling complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out leak check and rectifrying/arresting the same by brazing and recharging gas commissioned and testing to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge incl gas for 1.5/2.0 TR capaity. Recharging of gas F-22 complete including testing of leakage and testing the AC unit of any capacity and type for satisfactory performance complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of defective front grill decorative suitable for window type AC's 1.5/2.00 ton capacity of any make as per the original model of air conditioner complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and replacement of operating knobs of window type AC's of any make of make and model as per the existing model/ size complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and replacement of air filter as per original sample complete all as specified for AC's 1.5/2.0 Ton of any type/any make all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable water cooler 40/80 litre cap. from any posn. and removing unserviceable burnt sealed unit (compressor) from cooler and S&F new compressor unit and testing on required pressure and installing cooler at its original posn. all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of filling with refrigerant gas is included in unit rate of this item.

Taking down unserviceable water cooler 150 litre cap. from any posn. and removing unserviceable burnt sealed unit (compressor) from cooler and S&F new compressor unit and testing on required pressure and installing cooler at its original posn. all as specified and directed. Supply & replacement of thermostat switch suitable for water coolers including knobs, plate and screws complete as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable refrigerator 165to280 ltr capacity from the site and transporting to workshop for repair ,removing unserviceable burnt sealed unit (compressor) from the refrigerator and supply & fix new compressor including testing on required pressure and transporting back to its site and fix in original position complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for spray painting of refrigerator with synithetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface of refrigerator coapacity 165 to 300 ltr of any make /model complete all as specified.

M&L for replacement of PGI sheet 20 gauge approximately by gas welding duly cut and bend to shape to match existing size and shape and making good the dameged insulation by filling glass wool (approximate 1 kg) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement by cutting shreading of corroded rusted sheet metal portion all arround the body including welding as per existing size sheet and refabrication the same portion and refixing by welding (Tinkering ) and matching the same as existing by metal paste /putty and painting with one coat of primer red oxide and two coats of supper enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down desert cooler fixed at any position cleaning internally and externally by scraping all scales dirt etc and repair to desert cooler to stop any type of leakage, tightening & replacing of screws, nuts and bolts etc all as directed including painting of desert cooler with spray machine with synthetic enamel hammer tone paint over one coat of red oxide primer and refixing of the desert cooler after necessary oiling and greasing of fan and water lifting pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of water lifting pump, 230 volt 50 C/S single phase suitable for desert coolers complete all specified and directed.

Supplying and replacement wool pads of suitable size and providing wire netting of GI wire 1.4 mm dia 25 mm mesh for holding pads complete all specified and directed.

Supplying and replacement high density polythene pipe 15 mm dia for desert coolers complete all specified and directed.

Supply and replacement for replacement of capacitor 4 mfd suitable for desert cooler complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old, unserviceable fan motor from the desert cooler and rewinding with supper enamel winding copper wire of suitable size varnishing etc including replacement of bushes, assembling testing and refixing in existing position all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement complete steel body of desert cooler of capacity 3000 cfm with front grill and side & back panels duly spray painted with synthetic enamel hammer tone paint over one coat of red oxide primer including dismantling and refixing the old parts i.e fan motor, pump etc in new body, replacing the defective wires, PVC pipes and water distributor, making connections and testing complete all as directed. The body of desert cooler will be fabricated as under :- (a) The top and bottom made out of 1.25 mm thick GI sheet. (b) Side panels (set of three) made out of 1.00 mm thick GI sheet.(c) Front grill of suitable size and of approved quality.
