SUPPLY OF BATTERY OPERATED ELECTRIC VEHICLES

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the ‘Schedule of Requirements’ up to at least xxxx % of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after xxxxx and be in satisfactory operation for xxxxx months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least xxxxx % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

Item-by-item commentary on the Purchaser's Technical Specifications demonstrating substantial responsiveness of the goods and services to those specifications or a statement of deviations and exceptions to the provisions of the Technical Specifications.

The Bidder must have successfully supplied similar electric Vehicles to any Government departments / Public Sector / Government Universities / Educational Institutions during the last 3 years (Enclose copy of Supply order and respective Satisfactory Performance Certificate).

The tenderer should be a company or a Limited Liability Partnership Firm or a registered partnership firm or a Proprietorship concern. (Copy of appropriate registration certificate should be attached).

Bidder must hold a valid GST Registration Certificate and possess up-to-date statutory compliances.

The bidders average annual financial turnover during the last three financial years must not be less than Rs. 30 Lakhs. A Turnover Certificate, certified by a Chartered Accountant (with UDIN number), must be enclosed.

The bidder must upload compliance statement for the asked specification and enclose relevant model name and datasheets of vehicle.

If the bidder is an authorized dealer/distributor, a Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) specific to this tender reference must be submitted from the original OEM of the equipment

The bidder must provide a minimum comprehensive on-site warranty of 3 years or 2,500 cycles, whichever is earlier, for batteries, and 1 year for the vehicle including spare parts, along with quarterly preventive maintenance checks as per warranty terms and conditions. A Warranty Certificate must be provided at the time of vehicle delivery. Warranty Declaration must be uploaded in the technical bid on company/OEM Letter Head

The OEM of E-Vehicles must be minimum 05 years of presence in India.(Enclose declaration on letter head and relevant documents for their presence in market

The bidder must provide on-site service for the supplied vehicle. The maximum allowable service response time is 24 to 48 hours.(Enclosed Declaration in letter head)

Bidders must be prepared to arrange for site visit to analyse the vehicle compatability for the campus internal road and gradebility, before going to apply in the tender. Site visit Certificate Issued by University must be uploaded in the tender and Vehicle compatability report should be enclosed in their letter head)

The bidder must submit a affidavit stating that the firm has never been blacklisted or debarred by any University, Central/State Government department, or PSU in India.

The Bidder must have submitted Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the last 3 Financial Years (FY 2025-26, 2023-24, and 2024-25). Enclose last Three year Balnce Sheet, Profit and Loss Account, Copy of IT Return.
