Renovation of electrical & mechanical works of various tube wells installed in kalkaji extension in kalkaji constituency by carried out the following works:- P/o PVC insulated & PVC sheathed flat cable with plain copper conductor having 3 cores 4 sq. mm size for submersible motor. (Each roll of 100 mtrs.) Make: finolex/ Havells/ Gloster/ Grandley/ KEI/DJB approved make
Providing of automation system, having Motor Protection Assembly, Earth Leakage protection, Phase sequence corrector, Single phasing protection, Over load protection, High voltage-low voltage protection. Time delay power on Programmable time switch (i.e. RYB Phase & facility to change over from automatic to manual & vice versa) up to 15 H.P., Make: skope/Gain-Guard/DJB approved make.
Fabrication and Providing of double flange G.I. column pipe 50 mm dia, medium class, each of 3mtrs Long duly threaded on both ends, welded & fitted with G.I. flange on both ends, with slot for sub cable Confirming to IS:1239 PART-I(2004)SWS. Make: TATA/Jindal/DJB approved make.
P/o MS full threaded Nut bolts off sizes as per site requirement.
Providing of Rubber packing for 50 mm dia. Flange
Fabrication and Providing of bore cover approx size 1’x1’ made out from 6mm thick M.S. sheet in 2 halves & a circular hole in centre 2-1/2” dia with locking arrangement by Nuts & bolt.
Supply of Main Switch 63 Amp TPN, 415 Volt Make: Havells/Bentex/capital/DJB approved make.
Supply of Fully automatic Star Delta Starter of 3 Phase oil immersed type suitable for 10 HP rating pump set. Make – Capital/Bentex/ Adavance/DJB approved make.
Installation, testing & commissioning of above E&M equipments as per site requirement. Installation of t/well by lowering of sub p/set with all allied above items. This includes with all electrical wiring & cabling at site. All tools & tackles i/c tripod chain pulley blocks etc. shall be arranged by the firm. This includes testing & commissioning of t/well on load at site i/c cartage, loading & unloading of material.
