Excavation for road in soil by the mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto distance of 100m, including trimming bottom and sides slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-section as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 MORD. including contractors profit and overheads charges etc. complete.

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded materials (Table 400.1A) with grading III materials (HBG M/C+ stone dust) CBR value not less than 20 and PI values less than 6 spreding in uniform layers with tractor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place mathod with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401 MORD including contractors profit and overheads charges etc. complete.

Providing, laying and spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes for grading 2 materials to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 80 - 100 KN in stages to prepared grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstice of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per technical specification clause 405 MORD for compacted thickness of 75mm including contractor profit and over head charges GST etc. complete for grade - II.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregates not exceeding 25mm and cement content in the mix to be 350 kg/cum (Ordinary Portland Cement) with minimum water cement ratio of 0.45, mixed in a concrete mixer and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work(Steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polyethylene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes compacted using needle, scared and plate vibrators and finished in continuous and construction joints, applying debonding strips primer bituminous sealant, admixer as adopted, ring of concrete slab for 14 days, curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.2.2 MORD including cost of materials, labour charges, conveyance, hire charges of machineries etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for CC pavement including contractors profit and overhead charges etc complete for 225mm thick with 2.50m joint spacing.
