Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Finishing wall with waterproof acrylic smooth premier exterior polymer emulsion with UV resistant & weather durable of required shade to new work (Two or more coat applied @1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm over & including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) after scrapping thoroughly the existing wall surface and preparing the wall surface by applying crack filling material shrinkage free to all cracks, crevices and uneven patches to make the surface uniform inclusive of required single scaffoldings arrangements etc. all complete and even as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying roof top insulating elastomeric waterproof coating with Self Priming - 9 - 10 Sq.mtr / litre . Allow coating to dry for 4-5 hours prior to applying first coat & second coat @ 2 - 2.2 Sq.mtr / litre including repair all the crackes with polymer cement mortar/crack filling material to make the surface uniform before use of roof top coat.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch/cracks in brick wall/RCC pardi in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including scaffolding & disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Rough cast plaster upto 10 m height above ground level with a mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone from 6 mm to 10 mm nominal size, dashed over and including the fresh plaster in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and top layer 10 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement. Ordinary cement finish using ordinary cement

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G .I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. With G .I. barbed wire.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)
