Dismantling of existing roof treatment consisting of screed, tar felts, etc and removing building materials complete all as directed directed by Eng-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including cutting of steel reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition, complete all asdirected directed by Eng-in-charge.

Dismantling of water tanks and removing from site cap 500Ltr all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of water tanks and removing from site cap 1000Ltr all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing rotational molded polyethylene water storage tanks white tripple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) capacity 500 Ltr hoisted and fixed in position including all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing rotational molded polyethylene water storage tanks white tripple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) capacity 1000 Ltr hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, capacity 500 Ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, hoisting and reconnecting and re-fixing in position incl neccessory small fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair PTMT ball valves high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for 20mm bore pipes all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 20mm bore including cleaning for refixing or removal to store provision for branch connection by inserting tee union elbow etc. complete all as required at site.

Material & Labour Steel Tubes 20mm bore, 'medium grade', galvanised, with all fitting; laid in trenches and fixed complete to brick/stone wall or laid in floor concealed, complete all as specified and as directed..

Refixing old steel tubing of 20mm bore and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.

Supply and fixing in repairs 20mm bore Gun-Metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified.

Material and labour for repair to RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in chajjas beams,roof projections etc upto tripple storey bldgs including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel TMT bars, 8 mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping or column, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding on roof top including WPC as per manufacturers instructions to achieve the slop required, with minimum thickness of 25mm consolidated and finished even and fair without using extra cement. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc including taking down existing plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified water proofing memberane comprising of the following for Non Approachable roofs :- (a) Cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm on top of dry surface of finished cement mortar plaster. (b) One coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2kg /sqm shall be applied over primed surfaces. (c) One layer of polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 kg/Sqm consisting 90 micron thicken of central core shall be unrolled surfaces with lap of 100 mm and the over lap shall be sealed by flame. (d) Applying two coats of aluminum paint on top of membrane @ 0.10Kg/Sqm.

Material and labour for Providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified water proofing memberane comprising of the following for Approachable roofs :- (a) Cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm on top of dry surface of finished cement mortar plaster. Material & Labour for Vitrified out door tiles 40 cm x 40 cm x 10-12 mm thick digital design set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors with grey cement over & including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:6 .

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for.

Supply and fixing of Asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets 6mm thick in roofs, walls etc as in roof covering/cladding and fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having 550 Mpa tensile strength as in roof covering/cladding and fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified. (Make JSW Steel, M/s TATA & M/s Indian Steel Corpn Ltd)

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having 550 Mpa tensile strength as in roof covering/cladding and fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of MS angle iron/flat iron as in frame work in roof including securing bolts, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces over a coat of priming paint plaster coat surfaces plain or moulded, exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint,complete all as specified.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masanory,laid dry below or above ground level and removing material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour brick work with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:6.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 sqcm and over sections in any position in unframed works

Material & Labour for second class hardwood (SAL) scantling clean swan in unframed work as rafters, purlin & trusses etc all as specified and directed complete.

Material & Labour hardwood clean sawn in timber scantling expect timber.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work/stone masonry, concrete surfaces (external walls) or stone walls upto tripple storey bldgs in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound using as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all as specified. Note : (i) WPC shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rendering upto 9 mtr ht shall be included in the quoted rate).

Material & Labour for preparing new surfaces of gypsum board ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (acrylic) white or tinted over a coat of priming over 1 mm thick Asian/Birla/JK wall putty on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
