Dismantling stone slab/ terrazo chip flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 Mtr. Lead.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting , raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr. Lead.

PLASTER Plaster on new surface on wall in cement sand mortar 1:6 including ranking of joints etc. complete fine finished 20 mm thick.

Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse send) for area of each slab from 2001 to 5000 sq cm.

Painting with syntheitic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shade to give an even shade new steel work (2 or more coat ).

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (two or more coat applied @1.67/ ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm.)

Providing and fixing 1st quality standard white,grey,ivory,fume red brown,light green,light blue and other light shades glazed tiles conforming to IS: 13753 & IS: 15622 of size 200mm x 300mm in walls,floors,steps,pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete ( excluding the cost of cement plaster on walls and pillar )

Demolishing Cemanet Concreet Mianualy/Mchnical Means Inculding Disposal of Matrial With In 50 Mtr Lead As Per Diraction OF Eng. inCharg 1:3:6 of Richer MiX

Grading roof for water proofing treat ment with proofing compound with cenent concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse send:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.

Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor five level. TMT bars (coforming of relevent IS code.)

Distempering with oil bound washeble distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding new work (two or more coats) over and including scrapping and priming coat with cement primer
