Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertinacoil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angleiron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T.reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retainhorizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron,all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbedtape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of165 kg/ sq. mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre(cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately).

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trussesand framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applyinga priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width aswell as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavatedearth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubesetc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applyinga priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted withspecial shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer onboth side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /seIf tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC(Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approvedbrand and manufacturer including applying additional coats whereverrequired to achieve even shade and colour : Old work (one or more coats).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitableshade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

Providing and fixing GI Clip in Metal Ceiling System of 600x600 mm module which includes providing and fixing ‘C’ wall angle of size 20x30x20mm made of 0.5 mm thick pre painted steel along the perimeter of the room with help of nylon leeves and wooden screws at 300 mm center to centre, suspending the main C carrier of size 10x38x10 mm made of G.I steel 0.7 mm thick from the soffit with the help of soffit cleat 37x27x25x1.6 mm, rawl plugs of size 38x12 mm and C carrier suspension clip and main carrier bracket at 1000 mm c/c. Inverted triangle shaped Spring Tee having height of 24 mm and width of 34 mm made of GI steel 0.45 mm thick is then fixed to the main C carrier and in direction perpendicular to it at 600 mm centers with the help of suspension brackets. Wherever the main C carrier and spring T have to join, C carrier and spring T connectors have to be used. All sections to be galvanized @ 120 gms/sqm (both sideinclusive), fixing with clip in tiles into spring T with : GI Metal Ceiling Clip in plain Beveled edge global white color tiles of size 600x600 and 0.5 mm thick with 25 mm height, made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/ sqm(both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending.
