Schedule 'A' Section - I

Supply, instal, tesing and commissioning centrifugal pump horizontal spindle, horizontal/radial split casing and suction, multi stage suitable having capacity 68 cum / hour at a head 35 mtrs WLC suitable for nominal speed of 1450 RPM for lifting raw/ treated water (with impeller, bearing, neckring & bush made of LG2 bronze), shaft sleeves, nuts & shaft made of SS 410, , directly coupled with 20 HP / 15 KW, 415 Volts 50 Hz AC nominal speed-1450 RPM electric driven Motor, TEFC,sq cage, 50 Hz + 5%, 415 V + 10%, confirming to IE3, BEE Star rated as per IS-12615 confirming to IP - 55 degree of protection Both pump and motor, mounted on and including a common steel base frame. It shall be placed on PCC / RCC foundation as specified by OEM including form work etc complete all as per manufacturer's instructions.( Note:- Rate of foundation, Base frame and inlet / outlet pipe of required length and dia incl. reducers of required size and dia connecting with existing system deemed to be included in the quoted rate). Note: 1. Capacity of pump-68 Cum per hour at 35 meters head. 2. Suction Pipe - 80 mm dia and delivery - 65 mm dia. 3. Capacity of Motor -20 HP 415 Volts 50 Hz AC,1450 RPM squirrel cage electric driven motor. 4. Place of installation- As directed By Engr-in-Charge. 5. Rate shall deemed to be included for following:- (a) Addition/alteration of suction and delivery side of existing pipes and water connections etc. (b) Pressure gauge, air release valve & balancing valves (pointed towards earth), steel frame for pump and motor. (c) Commissioning of complete pump set shall be done in presence of maufacturer's Engineer and not by any authorized dealer/workshop/ rep concern etc.

Supply / laid PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded HRFR 3 x single coe ( R,Y,B) copper conductor 1100 volts grade of size 16 sqmm passing through existing PVC/ERW conduit from starter upto pump fixed with required size of copper lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.( Note- 3 single core wire of 16 sqmm ( colour coding RYB) will be measured as one length of 1 RM)

Supply and fixing Non Return valve heavy duty cast iron of 80 mm nominal bore, , both ends flanged (size of flanges 300 mm x 40 mm with 12 holes for 25 mm dia bolts). complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate deemed to be included for joints with 125 mm x 25 mm bolts, nuts, washers and 3 mm thick fibre gaskets complete.

CI sluice valve for 80 mm bore pipe with flanged ends PN-1.6 ISI marked including joints and jointing materials viz gasket, nuts, bolts and washers fixed as repairs complete all as specified

M&L in repairs CI foot valve 80 mm bore, ISI marked inclduing joints and jointing meterial complete all as specified.
