Eligibility:Procurement will be done from firms: (A) Firms which are registered with the Railway Board at the time of tender opening date for the tendered item in their approved list. OR (B) Firms which are registered with the Railway Board at the time of tender opening date and having average last three years turnover of more than 1000 Crores will be eligible for bulk order. OR (C) Firms meeting the following conditions: - (i)Valid License to manufacture the drug. and (ii)Valid GMP Certificate and (iii)Five years market standing/manufacturing certificate by Drug Authority. Note: - 1. In this regard, the firm must attach the relevant documents along with their offer failing which offer will be summarily rejected without any further correspondence. 2. The product supplied must be manufactured at a unit inspected by Indian Railways and the name of the manufacturer must be disclosed by the bidder in their e-offer (for products manufacturing outside India, inspection of manufacturing unit is not require
