Fabrication and supply of gap piece assembly of 100 mm dia, 1 mtr long with complete accessories as required as site

Making and Supply of G.I tail piece of 100 mm dia. , one mtr. 1 mtr Long size made out of medium class pipe complete with one end threaded and other end fitted with G.I. flange heavy and cut for submersible cable

Supply of MS bore cover 4 mm thick suitable for bore size 400mm/350mm/as per site requirement in 2 pieces complete with bolting arrangement angle iron frame as per site requirement.

Dismantling of damaged electrical components, removal of defective wiring and replacement of missing/ damaged items such as terminal blocks, lugs, thimbles, connectors, ferrules and control wiring, work includes rewiring of the existing control panel, re making terminations, tightening/ cleaning of contacts, rectifications of loose joints etc. i/c cartage.

Dismantling of damaged or defective mechanical components of the pumping system, including removing of worn out parts, disconnected linkages, leaking joints, damaged valves, gaskets, and associated accessories. The work includes repairing and refixing of existing piping. Lowering and lifting of pump sets into the bore with the help of chain pulley block/ mobile crane, fixing of valves and allied accessories, rectification of leakages, and execution of minor civil works includes to and fro cartage, use of all required tools, tackles and safety equipment, and carrying out testing and commissioning of the restored E&M system at no load and full load condition as per standard from full satisfaction of engineer in charge.
