PROVISION OF UPVC JOINERY WORK IN LIEU OF WOODEN JOINERY AND ADDITION ALTERATION FOR BALCONY FOR P71 AND P75 BUILDING AT CGRA PARADIP

Taking down chowkats or frame exceeding 1.50 Sq.m but n.exc 4 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Casement door /cupboards 35mm thick including 4mm thick ACP board with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door upto 2.00 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws,etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and directed. Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick Work including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distember over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint and a coat of 1mm thick exterior wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting holes in brickwalls built in cement mortar for inserting Depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall depth exc 5cm but n.exc 10 cm, superficial area n.exc 100 Sqcm and making good dismantled portion with and including araldite epoxy as per manufacturers instruction and applying a coat of oil bound distemper to match the surface as required complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Cutting hole will be done mechanically drilling machine without damage existing Structure.)

M&L for Cutting holes into or through cement concrete slabs, chajjas, etc. reinforced or otherwise depth exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm superficial area not exceeding 100 sqcm and making good dismantled portion with and including araldite epoxy as per manufacturers instruction and applying a coat of oil bound distemper to match the surface as required, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- cutting hole will be done mechanically drilling machine without damage existing RCC Structure.)

S&F stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes,solding, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, in the balconies of the multi-storeyed builiding complete all as specified and directed. Note : Grinding, buffing and polishing will be done after fixing grill work at the location.
