Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each not exceding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel sections as in joist, channel, angle or tee section, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc including notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and / or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts) conforming to Fe 410 W Gde E- 250, Quality A complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, bed block, kerb wall etc including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation etc, not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm in soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete nominal mix 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) type B-2 for wall or retaining walls with fair finish surfeace including steel or wooden formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) pipes in any length for weep holes, 75mm dia, fixed in wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Prince / Supreme / Finolex

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick as per approved profile of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in cladding to wall / fix to angle, fixed with self tapping screws or L type or J type or cranked hook bolts or as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make: JINDAL / INDALCO / HINDALCO / ASSOCIATED Profiles and Aluminum Ltd / ESSAR colour coated sheets

Supply and fix galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing's and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provn of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line of wire to be measured), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer with necessary scaffolding / shuttering etc complete all as specified and as directed.
