Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. including removal of debris outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The work shall be executed in bldgs upto 12 stories bldg.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The work shall be executed in bldgs upto 12 stories bldg.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillers etc including removal of debris outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The work shall be executed in bldgs upto 12 stories bldg.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight of curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The work shall be executed in bldgs upto 12 stories bldg.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The work shall be executed in bldgs upto 12 stories bldg.

M&L for 16-18mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including taking down existing stone slab of any type complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The work shall be executed in bldgs upto 12 stories bldg.

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The work shall be executed in bldgs upto 12 stories bldg.

S&F powder coated aluminium sliding window for three track with rubber gasket, stopper powder coated aluminium standard beads/glazing clips, locking arrangement etc and aluminium frame of size 91mm X 30mm X 1.550mm and shutter of section 40mm X 20mm X 1.550 mm incl (two shutter of 4.8mm thick glass and one shutter of wiremesh 0.36 mm dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm) with & including necessary all fittings and taking of old rusted steel window and finish the surface for fixing of aluminium window complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The work shall be executed in bldgs upto 12 stories bldg.

S&F powder coated aluminum ventilator (single leaf single shutter) side hung type with stainless steel butt hinges, one shutter glazed with and including 4.00mm thick plain sheet glass and other shutter with stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36 mm dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm fixed with stainless steel wire staples, rubber gasket, stopper, aluminium anodised handle 100mm long, aluminium anodised tower bolts 100mm long and peg stay etc, size of aluminum frame shall be 100mm x 50mm x 1.550mm and shutter frame shall be 40mm x 20mm x 1.550mm including taking off of existing wooden/ steel ventilator complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The work shall be executed in bldgs upto 12 stories bldg. Note : 1 No Glazed shutter and 1 No Gauged shutter shall constitue as one unit.

S&F in repairs curtain rods, decorative aluminium alloy with fixing brackets including taking down old pelmet box complete all as specified and as directed.
