M&L for Anti termite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises/roughning the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified tiles dark shade/double charged 8 to 10 mm thick area of each tile exc 0.42 sqm but not exc 1.00 sqm in floor/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM (1:6) complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or lime plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including recking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with waters etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 on brick/ concrete surfaces with water proofing compound and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified directed. (wpc to be maesured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished even & smooth without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces complete all specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick with water proofing compound in cement mortar 1:3 on fare faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement in ceiling/ Chajjas complete all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound and to mixed as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified.

M&L for prepration of new plastered surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new/ Old surfaces. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing New plasteres surfaces of Wall and applying of Birla/JK white wall care putty approx 2 mm thick on Wall as per manufacturer's instruction on existing prepared surface and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying two coats of emulsion interior grade of asian/dulux/berger or equivalent as approved by GE over a coat of primer paint on Wall complete all as specified and directed.
