Providing and Fixing Acoustic paneling consisting of 4mm thick PVC bubble sheet on the existing wall, 4mm thick HDMR board (Action tesa/ Green ply/Century), 2" wide and 19mm thick HDMR board battens @ 2' 0" c/c spacing both ways (Action tesa/ Green ply/Century), 50mm thick Rock Wool (Shree Ram Rock Wools/ Rock Wool India), burl up cloth and final clothing (Next Generation/ Innovative/ Howland/ Mosa) for finishing including cost of fevicol, nails and L Patties etc. as per satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and Fixing Acoustic paneling on roofs consisting of 40mm thick Acoustic Foam (Sleepwell/ Refresh Mattress) with pasting Adhesive complete in all respects as per satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. (NS)

Providing and Fixing ceiling consisting of 12.5mm thick Gypsum Board of any size, GI Cradling hanged from the ceiling by means of GI hanger complete as per drawings, specifications and to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge. (CSR 13.65)

Providing and laying Resilient vinyl sheet floor covering 2 mm thick, having a vinyl plastic wear layer with backing intended for use in light commercial and residential buildings duly fixed to the base floor using adhesive as approved by the manufacturer.(CSR 14.99)

Removing doors and windows (steel or wood) with chowkhats by making recess in walls when wall is not to be dismentalled. (b) Windows of area 3 sqm and below. (CSR 8.26)

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in superstructure. (i) In first storey upto 4 mtr above the plinth level (CSR 11.4)

12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:5 on walls. (CSR 15.10)

20mm thick cement plaster 1:5 in two coats work(on uneven side of 230mm thick walls). (CSR 15.21)

Preparation of plastered or concrete surface for painting (including sand papering the surface) using ready mixed cement based wall putty by applying two coats to get required finish. (CSR16.65)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade with two coats applied @ 1.67litre/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing Cement Paint applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 sqm (CSR 16.59)

Distempering with Acrylic washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two or more coats over one priming coat to give an even shade. (CSR 16.10)

Extra carriage of material beyond first 5 kms from approved quarry to the site of work. (i) Fine Sand (CSR 5.2)

SURFACE PVC CONDUIT PIPE WIRING SYSTEM WITH MODULAR SWITCHES:

Wiring in PVC insulated copper conductor single core FR cable (ISI marked) overall 1.5sq. mm, 1100volts grade to be laid in heavy gauge PVC conduit pipe 20mm/ 25mm dia (ISI Marked) installed on surface etc., complete with PVC boxes (Plastic on surface boxes) required for suitable number of modules(Modular accessories) for having Step type electronic fan regulators (two module) 100watts, bell push, 6Amp. 2/3 universal socket (shuttered), 16/20Amp. combined/ universal Socket (shuttered), 6/10Amp. Switches, 16/20Amp. switches with indicator etc. and covered with Frame Plate etc., PVC connector (For Fan Box and Call Bell), MS saddle clamp, PVC Circular junction Boxes (Four way 1½" deep for walls), bonding to earth with PVC insulated copper conductor single core FR cable (ISI marked) 1sq. mm, 1100volts grade (For 6Amp. wall socket & plug control point) and other petty material etc., including the cost of above material and painting as required:-CSR34.07 A
