Providing and applying two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade on old surface including removal old paint by scrapping , sand papering and preparing the surfaces smooth etc all complete to even shade. (a) on Wooden and steel surfaces

Providing and finishing external wall with exterior anti-fungus painting of approved make with two or more coats over and including base coat of water proofing primer and crack filler of Asian or equivalent make to plastered surfaces including its preparation etc., and removal of old cement based paint by scrapping , sand papering and preparing the surfaces smooth etc. all complete as per manufacturers specification

Providing and applying two or more coats of french polishing including a coat of wood filler after scrapping of old polish by sand papering and preparing the surfaces smooth etc. All complete

Providing and applying two or more coats of acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade on internal surfaces of walls including removal of old emulsion paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surfaces smooth including filling the cracks with crack filling material of approved make and further applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand on the cleaned surfaces etc.all complete.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) on concrete surfaces at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications Including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surfaceremoval old paint by scrapping , sand papering etc. complete.
