(iii) The Accepting Officer reserve his right to accept tender as a whole or in parts. the contractor shall not have any claim what so ever for accepting the contracts as whole or part wise. Decision of Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding. (iv) If contractor wishes not to quote any part/parts ( as per his eligibility given in NIT) he should quote " 0" rates in the Rate column of that particular part/parts. Accordingly such offer shall not be considred Non bonafide & it will be construed that the contractor has not quoted that particular part/parts.
