Supply of minimum 40W LED type floodlight luminaire with minimum IP-65 protection for outdoor application, high pressure die-cast aluminum housing design & powder coated finishing, with heat resistant diffuser & toughened glass in front, with mounting bracket for aiming adjustment suitable to operate on 240 V, 50 Hz, AC supply with control gear and other accessories complete as required conforming to technical specification attached.

Supply of 18/20W LED tube light fitting for surface mounting indoor application, IP 20 protection, suitable to operate on 230V ±, 10% single phase, AC supply. (Make: Bajaj, Model No. : BCLSB 10W WH or equivalent as per AAI approved make list).

Supply of 400 mm sweep, wall mounted fan suitable to operate on 230V ±, 10% single phase, AC supply along with all accessories (Make: Havells ; Model SAMEERA / Make: CROMPTON ; Model: WM Cressida or equivalent as per AAI approved make list)

Supply of 3mtr height Octagonal galvanised street light pole made out from 3mm thick steel sheet (grade of steel S-355), top dia 70mm & bottom dia 135mm single sharp welding with base plate dimension 220 x 220 x12 mm, alongwith 4nos of galvanised foundation bolts (Bolt size 4 x 16mm dia J type bolts ; PCD 220mm ; bolt length 450mm.), Provision should be made for (i) Fixing of junction box out side of the pole (ii) Termination of two no's 6 SWG GI wire (earth terminal.) (iii) Fixing of 1000mm long GI T shaped bracket/ISMC chanel for holding the luminaire.

ITC of pole including making foundation work (400mm(L) x 400mm(W) x 900mm(D) by providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with provision of cable entry and exit by providing 2 no's of 40mm dia HDPE pipe through the RCC work as required in site(i/c Reinforcement), 04 no's of "J" bolt of length 450mm. (included in supply item of GI Pole) to be inserted during foundation work with proper alignment for matching of hole of base plate of GI pole. The mounting arrangement shall be rigid enough to withstand maximum storm wind speed at site including excavation, refilling, painting etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of suitable size thermoplastic polycarbonate Cable Junction Boxes (Minimum IP 66 protection) in the existing pole with provision of metric knockouts for cable entry/exit, alongwith suitable terminal/connector for incoming & outgoing cable (upto 4c x 25 Sqmm) and 1 No. 6A "C" series SP MCB with necessary earthing provision for cable termination. complete as required as per the site condition. (Make: Hensel, Cat. No.- DK 2525 G or equivalant.)

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting /LED fitting/ compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of wall mounted fan, including wiring with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

AC supply generally conforming to IS: 5039/1983 as ammended upto date and to withstand rough usage and weather fabricated with 2mm thick CRCA sheet with hinged double door with gasket, detachable gland plates for cable chamber, 2 earthing studs, bottom type cable entry provision having locking arrangement in front. This should have mounting arrangement on concreate pedestal (Approx size : 2 x (1000mm x750mm x500mm) with MS angle mounting legs.The panel shall be powder coated painting, supply and fixing of following switchgears, interconnections, internal control wiring, earthing etc. complete as required and as per specifications attached.
