Providing Design Drawing methodology for repair and maintenance of reservoir Shimla.

Cleaning of unit area during shut down as directed by removing waste, earth debris and other waste materials throwing them into garbage pits or durmping in a place as directed including brooming wherever required cleaning and dechoking of drains, trenches, ducts etc. including cost of labour tools and tackles and 100 % supervision etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Carriage of lime, moorum, building rubbish and debris etc. by mechanical transport for following lead or part thereof including loading, unloading and stacking all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Lead beyond 1 KM upto 2 KM.

Chipping of plaster of ceiling or walls & flooring work (taking all necessary safety precautions), cleaning, wire brushing and washing the exposed surfaces including disposal of unserviceable material as directed, necessary scaffolding etc. for all elevations with all labour and materials complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing of Non Return type packers approved by Engineer-in-charge for pressure grouting with all materials, labourers, tools & tackles & etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Application of SILICATE PU FOAM of ADCOS, VERSA, FLEX, SEAL BOSS or EQUIVALENT which shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge with use of high pressure injection pump. The supply of grout material and its pressure grouting with all required resources tools & tackles etc. shall be in contractor scope of supply complet in all respect and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Application of long open lime epoxy based bonding agent having mixed density of 1.48 Kg/litre compressive strength of 65 Mpa at 7 Days, one coat on old concrete. Complet in all respect as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying pre-packed Polymer modified repair mortar, Pagel U10/U40 of PIDILITE/BASF/SIKA/FOSROC or Equivalent as per ASTM/ BS standards having comp strength of 45 Mpa, min at 28 days, Adhesive Bond not less than 02 Mpa, Chloride content less than .05 % & Flexural strength of 8 Mpa. min at 28 days in all respect as per manufacturer,s recommendations and relevant codes, including the required material, manpower, Application and tools & tackles all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Polymer Modified Repair Mortar upto 25 mm

Providing and placing in position Micro-concrete as per relevant ASTM / BS / IS having comp. Strength of min. 45 Mpa at 28 days of make CHOKSEY / BASF / SIKA / FOSROC in horizontal & vertical portions which shall be pre-packed single component, chloride free, specification, including required leak proof shuttering, pre-soaking of substrate, manual application or pumping, manpower and tools & tackles all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Making hole for shear connectors in concrete/ masonry surface to any dia and depth as required @ site by using HILTI make driller with HY170, FIS360 chemical compound for inserting the reinforcement after drilling and air jet. Cleaning etc. complete, at any level, etc. complete. Rate shall include for all charges and preparation of surface, cutting of reinforcement cleaning the surface, staging, scaffolding and working platform, application of necessary chemical / foil as per manufactures specification with necessary tools and equipments, removal of debris from the site all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

8 to 10 mm dia rebar with 12 / 14 mm dia hole & 150 Depth.

Providing and Laying two component Epoxy primer for preparing concrete surface before applying Elastomeric Pure Polyurea Coating complete after surface preparation, treatment of cutouts / Tie rods / Joints / cracks (at Digestor from in -side) over the PCC / RCC, complete after mixing and spraying / applying as per the manufacturers specifications or with the Technology of approved make SEALBOSS (USA)/ ADCOS (BELGIUM)/ TECHNOPOL (SPAIN)/ VERSAFLEX (USA) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying Flexible Elastomeric Pure Polyurea Coating in 2 coats to achieve 2 mm DFT, with Two Component compete after Surface Preparation, Treatment of Cutouts / Tie rods / Joints / cracks (at Digestor from in - Side) over the PCC / RCC, complete after mixing and spraying with Plural Pump at Desired Pressure and Distance from the Area of Application complete as per the Manufacturers specifications or with the Technology and properties as below of approved make SEALBOSS (USA)/ ADCOS (BELGIUM)/ TECHNOPOL (SPAIN)/ VERSAFLEX (USA) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete: snd as per directions by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, applying & fixing non intrusive, impervious, non-destructive and wet wrapping type structural strengthening Tyfo SHE 51 fibre wrap system to RCC members. The work shall consist of applying a priming coat over the prepared surface and wrapping a single layer of high strength fabric made up of E-Glass fibre interwoven with Kevlar fibre (SEH-51 make) saturated with two component approved high strength epoxy compound (TYFO-S EPOXY make) as approved removing / drawing out the entrapped air etc. all complete as per manufacturer's specifications and directios of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The surfae area of the approved high strength glass fibre mesh along with laps actually embedded in high strength epoxy resin and applied for the columns, wall slabs top side with a priming coat of TYFO-S Epoxy shall be measured for payment.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) conmplete in all leads and lifts as per directio By Engineer-in-Charge.

Hire charges for running of generator with diesel tools and tackles labours and all materials etc. complete for providing electricity required for above operations. Unit of measurements D means running of one gererator for 24 hrs. continoously round the clock all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
