Material and labour for Sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specfied and directed.

Material and labour for coloured precast machine pressed concrete coble stone PCC blocks any shape and size of 80 mm thickness, complete all as specfied and directed.

Demolition of stone masonary built in CM including all quoins, arches pillars etc but exceluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specfied and directed.

Demolition of brick or PCC block masonary built in cement and sand mortar.

Taking down plaster on brick or stone walls in cement or cement lime mortar incl raking out joints hacking for key scrubing down with water etc. complete all as specfied and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone agg.as in surface channel / drain. complete all as specfied and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain 40 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms,moulds mitred / stopped etc.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. complete all as specfied and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type

Supply and fixing for MS work as in post and strutt and fencing, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars for doors balusters,noising to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts,posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling hoes nothcing for wire etc flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh ) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc. and similar work conforming to Fe - 290 Gde E - 165 complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply and fixing for framed work such as grills, gratings etc. With ends for bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work con-forming to Fe-290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specfied and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type

Material and labour for preparation of steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. complete all as specfied and directed.
