Taking shut down from main substation and drain out the transformer oil and to be collected in barrel by opening the transformer cover of capacity 200 to 500 KVA by unscrewing the nuts/bolts and washers and kept in safe custody and reuse the same, and checking the any type of leakage from both HT and LT side including cleaning the sludge etc depositing in the core and tank by using soft brushes and clean with old transformer oil, refilling of transformer oil including refixing of top cover including nut/bolts etc and testing the input & output voltage and adjustment of the voltage through tape changer if required to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item ser No 1.00 above but of capacity 630 to 1000 KVA.

Taking shut down from main substation and M&L for painting of transformer with spray gun with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in grey tint including preparation of old painted surfaces/removing old faded/rust/ cemented material of surface of transformer including base frame, connected LT panels, duct covers of including writing MES/SM No of existing size/surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil with proper dehydration machine to achieve dielectric strength between 45 to 50 KV including testing/recording of dielectric strength result before and after of dehydration complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and topping up transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 45 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Taking proper shutdown & Isolate the HT electric supply and taking out the trolley of VCB/OCB HT 11KV 400 to 630 Amps of any make and type and servicing of all minor/major parts of the VCB/OCB by cleaning isolating contact moving parts,removing dust particle from the bus bar chamber spout gear mechanism, repair to motor charge spring mechanism,tightening of all nut & bolts of entire trolley component all as directed , inserting the trolley, testing the complete HT electric supply and putting on supply on load complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) All cleaning /testing equipment/ safety equipment material shall be provided by the contractor and rate of the same shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Calibration of relay of 11KV HT VCB/OCBs and 1.1KV ACBs installed at various sub station at KWC area complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. All testing & calibration equipment with all accessories shall be brought by the contractor and rate for same shall deemed to be included in quated rates. 2. Each compartment shall be numbered/letters as per the approved drg affixing MV danger plate as suitable intervals/location, panel board compartment size should be suitable to accomodate the switchgear and other accessories as per IE rules, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with pvc insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable of adequate size but not less than 2.5 sq mm complete.
