Material and labour for rewinding by authorised service centre for the burnt unsv electric pumping motor for Repairs to AC, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz Electric pumping motor as follows: (i) Transport burnt motor to civil work shop. (ii) Dismantling motor assembly removing stator and rotar as seperately (iii) Removing burnt / unserviceable windings completely including insulation material and rewinding stator with super enamelled copper wire of standard specification with standard insulation material ,baking complete and re-assembling stator and rotar assembly fixing back to original position at site and testing, commissioning etc complete all as directed for the following capacity of motors:-

Material and Labour for removing existing Centrifugal pump set motor from base frame after disconnecting electrical connections and varnishing, heating and baking the winding of the motor complete and replacing bearings, grinding the shaft etc complete and reassembling and fixing back to original position and testing, commissioning etc all as directed complete for the following:- (Notes :- (1) Replacement of major parts will be measured & paid separately; (2) Any minor part if required will be provided by contractor without any extra cost.

Removal of existing submersible pump set of any capacity from the existing borewell (by using any method) of depth upto 200m and transporting to workshop for checking and bringing back after repair, reinstalling of submersible pump set in the borewell including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. (Note : (i) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of any T&P or machinery required for carrying out the work (ii) Replacement/Repair will be measured seperately as supply only items

Repairs to AC, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 2900 RPM Electric Submersible pumping motor 10 HP against item no 11 above including Dismantling of burnt motor, cutting and taking out burnt stator winding from motor, cleaning the stator and rewinding with super enamelled water proof copper wire of original gauge/size including re-assembling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour periodical servicing of 85 BHP diesel engine driven fire fighting pumpset 3 phase 415 volts 50 c/s AC supply by cleaning thoroughly and replacing fuel filters ,air filters, oil filters draining out engine oil etc. and replacing with new oil, tightening of all gaskets , connection of battery terminals, electric cable connections foundation bolts, coupling bolts etc including test running and tappet setting all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Engine oil, Fuel filters, Air filters, oil filters replaced will be measured and paid separately under respective item of sch 'A' . for following capacities of diesel operated pumpset.

Material and Labour to drain out the old used engine oil from sump of dg sets& cleaning & refilling with new engine oil 15 W 40 up to required level including topup .

Supply Only coolant for different capacity of diesel engine driven pumpset complete all as specified and direced by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair & overhauling of FIP of 85 BHP diesel engine driven pumpset by taking out carefully and refixing after calibration at authosrised service centre/dealer including replacement of unserviceable worn out parts. Note:- Unserviceable major parts required for replacement shall be measured & paid seperately.

Material and Labour in replacement of stranded copper conductor battery lead for 12 volts D C grade red for (+)ve terminal and black for (-)ve terminal fitted with battery terminal at one end & battery lug at other end complete length 1.5 mtr.

Supply & fixing in repairs battery terminals brass type suitable for any capacity battery all as specified & directed by Enginner In Charge.

Cleaning of fuel tank of fire fighting pumpset any size capacity including draining out existing fuel, removing any foreign particles or sediments including checking of leak proof if found rectifying the same by necessary welding fabricating with sheet metal, matching with existing tank outer body , preparation of surface for painting with one coat of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and refilling the same as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and Labour for cleaning of radiator by cleaning agent/Radiwash (make:fleetguard/coolguard) including removal/ dismantling of radiator from engine transporting to work shop or cleaned at site , soldering / brazing,testing for any leakage , remounting to its original position as per entire satisfaction of Engr - in-charge for 60 BHP diesel operated pumpset.

Repair to self starter 12 Volts by taking out old burnt out copper winding and rewinding with super enammelled copper wire same gauge complete in commisioning and testing all as specified & directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Electronic battery charging set suitable for charging batteries 12 V, 10/12 Ampswith required size of copper wire up to required length and 1No. 3 pin plug top 5 Amps complete all as specified (in repairs) .

Dismantling the old unserviceable diesel/oil pressure pipe and replacing the same with of existing size and equal length of any capacity fire fighting pumpset including both side hose clamp etc as directed.

Supply and Fixing repairs solenoid swtich 3 phase 415 Volt complete set as per existing size and make all as specified and directed.

Removing alternator 12 Volts from diesel operated pumpset and transporting to local worlshop , opening alternator, assembly, rewinding the burnt armature coil with super enamelled copper wire of same gauge, reassembling and transporting back to site fixing and testing all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of maintenance free battery with initially charged capacity 100 AH , 12 Volt complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of existing submersible pump set of any capacity from the existing borewell (by any means) of depth up to 150 mtr and flushing out till clear water is obtained, conducting yield test with 'V' Notch and reinstallation of submersible pump set in the bore well complete all as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of any T&P or machinery required for the complete flushing out of the bore well and testing and commissioning of submersible pumpset.

Supply and Fixing for submersible cable ,flat, PVC insulated copper conductor stranded type, 1100 volts grade of size 3 core 6 sq. mm size, including jointing of cable with proper kit, connecting to motor and starter with suitable thimble including dismantling the old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for dismantling sewage pumping set 12.5/20 HP pump set by dismantling of suction & discharge pipe line and motor, cleaning the pump by removing the impellar / repair work / over hauling and replacement of worn out parts all as required to bring the pump in perfect working condition including re-assembling installing, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Material and Labour sand cushioning with dry local sand for cable protecting under ground cable (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable) in trenches and consolidated complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Punned thickness 18 cm only shall be considered for payment.

Supply and lay reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class LV, Type- I flat, size 250x150x40mm, ISI marked all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised steel tubes, 50 mm light grade for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning factory made indoor LT Panel board CPRI approved, indoor type,weather/vermin proof, made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet in cubical pattern of suitable size, duly powder coated with front opening, floor mounted free standing type and compartmentalized construction, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply having 3 phase and neutral, 3 Nos aluminium bus bar of 100 Amps and neutral bus bar of 100 amps capacity duly insulated with heat shrinkable colour coated sleeve complete painted wtih powder coated with polyester 60 microns thickness RAL -7032 code with locking arrangement complete and IP 54 class protection and mounted on base angle iron 50x50x5mm, grouted with PCC (1:3:6) foundation / bedding up to height of 30 cm above groung level and the job includes dismantling of existing LT panel carefully without damaging incoming cables and connecting to proposed pumpset all as specified and directed. The panel shall comprises of following items accessories:

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet ,hutted roof, cubical factory made outdoor (kiosk) type feeder pillar box weather proof and vermin proof outdoor mounting of suitable size, 415 volt, 4 wire, AC 50 Hz, with approved paint with power coated with front opening having degree of protection as per IP-54 class protection, complete factory lock two earth terminal suitable cable gland for all incoming and outgoing and removable neutral link, connecting strip/solid conductor brought out to cable chamber brass/copper nut, bolts/washer etc including grouting of feeder pillar box 60 cm above ground level by providing 90 cm long angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm, welded on all the four corner embedded in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) upto 30 cm including excavation and earth work and taking down existing feeder pillar box complete with following asseccories :-

Incoming :- (a) Aluminium busbar with PVC insulated high conductivity 100 Amp rated 3 phase -04 Nos. (b) MCB TPN 63 Amps 4 pole - 01 No breaking capacity 25 kA, 50 HZ with thermal magnetic release - 01 No. Outgoing :- (a) Submersible pump starter (3 -phase, 415 volt, 50 Hz) of capacity 3 to 7.5 HP. Supply and Fixing in repairs Framed work such as ladders, walk ways, railings & hand rail, shed and frame work for pump channel water supply installation and similar work including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc embedded in concrete / masonary complete duly painted with two coats of primier and one coat on synthetic enamel paint, drilling, bolting or reveting con-forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including fixing it on required surface with necessary cement and welding work complete all as specified
