Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints12mm deep and removing debric 50mt. Lead

12 mm thick cement plaster ( 1:6 ) including watering curing with cost carriage royalty etc.

16mm.thick cement plaster ( 1:6 ) over brick work with cost, carriage royalty etc. complete.

6 mm thick cement plaster ( 1:4 ) to R.C.C.surface finishing smooth including closed deep chipping and slury treatment etc.

Fly ash Brick Masonry in Cement Mortar (1:6) using clamp burnt bricks (25 Cm. x 12Cm. x 8Cm.) in foundation and plinth.

R.C.C. (1:1.5:3) with 12 mm size h.g. c.b. chips with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc.complete.

Priming two coat with approved primer to wall (per one sqm.) (Data per 9.3 sqm.) (labour cost only) including cost of material and labour.

Distempering two coats to walls with any approved shade including cost of distemper etc.for old works

Wall painting two coats with weather coat of approved shade on wall surface including cost of weather coat and all materials labour T & P etc complete. including cost,lead etc.of all materilas including all labour charges cost and conveyance of all materials royalties taxes and cost of indigo glue with T&P etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, Fitting & Fixing of 8 mm. to 12mm. thick Vitrified Tile ( of size 600m.m x 600 m.m ) or equivalent make of printed series confirming to IS specifications having minimum breaking strength 1400 kg/sq.cm in flooring in all floors at all heights on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar(1:4) to proper slope, line and level including cutting to required size and shape, fixing at corners and splays etc. including filling the joints with silicon sealant to match the shade of Vitrified Tile as per the design & drawing including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking,royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T & P, sundries, watering & curing etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

25 mm thick non sal wood pannel shutter with 25 mm style & 12 mm thick pannel planks complete with iron fittings and wooden hinged cleats etc. fixed in position excluding cost of fittings etc.

Painting two coats on iron work over a coat a primer including cost,lead etc.of all materilas etc complete.
