Construction of 01 No. 33KV Solar Bay alongwith other associated Works at 132KV Substation Bisalpur, Pilibhit under ETD-II, Bareilly

Periodic / Emergency Tower to Tower Patrolling and Periodic Lopping / Chopping of Branches of Trees Falling in the Range of Line Corridor of various 220KV Transmission Lines under E.T.D., Bareilly along with other associated Works during the Period of 1 Year with all cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per details below :

(A) Supply

(1) Supply of 5 No. U-Bolted type Single Tension Fitting Assembly with Turn Buckle, suitable for Twin ACSR Moose Conductors and 33KV Bus Bar Disc Insulator String comprising of 4 No. 70 KN Disc Insulators, complete with Hardware Fittings, D-Shackle, Socket Eye, Ball Hook, Yoke Plate, D-Clip, Tension Clamp etc, as per Technical Specification & Sample.

(2) Supply of 5 No. U-Bolted type Single Tension Fitting Assembly with Turn Buckle, suitable for Single ACSR Panther Conductors and 33KV Bus Bar Disc Insulator String comprising of 4 No. 70 KN Disc Insulators, complete with Hardware Fittings, D-Shackle, Socket Eye, Ball Hook, D-Clip, Tension Clamp etc, as per Technical Specification & Sample.

(3) Supply of PG Clamp duly made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, suitable for ACSR Moose to Moose Conductors, complete with 4No. 16x90mm Size GI Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Technical Specification & Sample.

(4) Supply of PG Clamp duly made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, suitable for ACSR Moose to Panther Conductors, complete with 4No. 16x90mm Size GI Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Technical Specification & Sample.

(5) Supply of PG Clamp duly made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, suitable for ACSR Panther to Panther Conductors, complete with 3No. 16x75mm Size GI Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Technical Specification & Sample.

(6) Supply of 33KV C.T. Bi-Metallic Terminal Connector Duly made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, along with Bi-Metallic Sleeve/ Plate Suitable for Twin ACSR Panther Conductor with 4Nos. 12mm Size GI Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Technical Specification & Sample.

(7) Supply of 33KV Isolator Bi-Metallic Terminal Connector Duly made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, along with Bi-Metallic Sleeve/ Plate Suitable for Twin ACSR Panther Conductor with 4Nos. 12mm Size GI Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Technical Specification & Sample.

(8) Supply of 33KV P.T. Bi-Metallic Terminal Connector Duly made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, along with Bi-Metallic Sleeve/ Plate Suitable for Twin ACSR Panther Conductor with 4Nos. 12mm Size GI Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Technical Specification & Sample.

(9) 33 KV C.T. Junction Box with Terminal Block, Terminal block haring drop down link with water proof rubberized seal & lock arrangement.

(10) 33 KV P.T. Junction Box with Fuse Set, Terminal block haring drop down link with water proof rubberized seal & lock arrangement.

(B) Carriage of Materials

(1) Sorting, Weighing and Loading of Galvanized Sub Station Structures on private Truck at EFU Naini, Allahabad.

(2) Safe Transportation of Galvanized Sub Station Structures by Private Truck arranged by the Contractor from EFU Naini, Allahabad to 132 KV S/S Bisalpur (450 Km. approx.) (Not more than 9 MT on 1 No. Truck ; 1 Job per Truck) including Toll charges.

(3) Unloading, Sorting & proper Stacking of Galvanized Sub Station Structures from Private Truck at store yard of 132 KV S/S Dohna.

(4) Carriage of Misc. Items like CTs, PTs, CB, Isolators, Control Cables, Conductors, M.S. Round Bar, M.S. Earthing Strips etc. from Designated Primary Sub Station within 50 Km Distance to 132KV Sub Station Dohna including its Loading and Un-Loading.

(C) Laying of Earth Mat in the Extended Switchyard of the S/S along with Connecting the Newly Laid Earth mat with existing Earth Mat as per Details below :

(1) Fabrication of 3mtr. Long Electrode with 32/40mm dia. MS Round Bar having 150mm Long Conical Shape by due Cutting, Straightening etc., and then Piercing it vertically inside the Ground with top 700mm below the Ground Level including Shifting MS Round Bar from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Switchyard.

(2) Laying of 32/40mm Dia MS Round Bar, 700mm below the Ground Level by Due Cutting Straightening, Welding, Painting, Excavation of Trench, by filling of Trench after Laying of Earth Mat including shifting of MS Round Bar from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Switchyard.

(3) Making of 150mm Long Lap Joint of above Laid 32mm dia Round Bar by due Cutting Straightening, Welding etc.

(4) Making of 150mm Long Lap Joint of above Laid 32/40mm dia Round Bar to Connect with Existing Earth Mat of the Sub Station by due Cutting Straightening, Welding etc.

(5) Making of Cross Joint of above Laid 32/40mm dia MS Round Bar, 700mm below the Ground Level by Due Welding, of all Four Corners including providing and Welding of Suitable size 2 No. MS Angle Pieces on Opposite Corners of the Cross Joint.

(6) Making of End Joint of the above Laid 32/40mm dia MS Round Bar, with top of the already Vertically Pierced MS Electrodes, 700mm below the Ground Level by due Welding.

(D) Erection Work

(1) Erection of Main and Auxiliary structure consisting of columns, beams, peaks, masts etc. and auxiliary structure required for installation of Isolators, CTs, PTs, CVTs, LAs, and other equipments. The job consists of shifting of all material i.e. structure parts, nuts, bolts, washers etc. from store to site of erection, erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practices using flat and spring washer with each bolt Matching of holes, cutting, matching of members if required shall also be done by the contractor without any extra cost to complete the work satisfactorily. All material to be erected shall be supplied by UPPTCL free of cost but all men, material and T&P required for satisfactorily completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

(2) Erection of following equipment as per instruction manual of various equipment and technical specifications including shifting of material/equipment from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily :-

(a) 36 KV Circuit Breaker

(b) 36 KV CTs

(c) 36 KV PTs

(d) 36 KV Bus Isolator

(e) 36 KV Line Isolator

(f) 30 KV LA

(g) Junction Box for 36 KV CTs/ PTs

(h) 33 KV Triple feeder control panel

(i) ABT Meter Cubical

(3) Interconnection of following equipment and bus bar including cutting, bending of conductor and jumpering clamping along with all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per drawing and technical specifications with Main.

(a) 33 KV Line bay

(4) Cutting straightening, bending, laying 500 mm. below in side ground and above ground of following size of M.S. Flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structure, equipment structure etc. including welding with main earthmat and with object to be earthed, excavation of trenches, its back filling, painting and all other associated work as required to complete the work satisfactorily, excluding the cost of M.S. Flat.

(b) Earthingof cable Trench with 25x6 mm /25x5 mm size M.S. Flat

(5) Painting of M.S. Earthing Strips by Rubbing with Sand Paper & Wire Brush, then Painting with 1 Coat of Red Oxide Primer & 2 Coats (The 2nd Coat of Paint shall be Applied at the Gap of 48 hrs. when 1st Coat of Paint is done & Checked by concerned S.D.O.. / J.E.) of 1st Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of Asian / Berger / Nerolac make in Bus Green / Black Colour as per Details below :

(a) 50 × 6 mm size M.S. Earthing Strip in Bus Green Colour.

(b) 25 × 6 mm / 25 × 5 mm size M.S. Earthing Strip in Black Colour.

(6) Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trench from control & relay panels to various equipment/marshalling boxes/J.B.etc.in switchyard as per cable schedule, its saddling at every 750 mm. distance with M.S. Saddles of size 25x3mm size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.

(a) 2Cx2.5 Sq. mm. Unarmored

(b) 4Cx2.5 Sq. mm. Unarmored

(c) 6Cx2.5 Sq. mm. Unarmored

(7) Termination of following sizes of cable as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands plates of box wherever required, supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, supply and providing ferrules and No. for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs of Dowell/Tension make and all other associated work to complete the jobs satisfactorily as per technical specification

(8) Pilfer proofing of energy meters by removal of trench cover for laying of various size cable through 2 & 1 inch dia G.I. Pipe(whereever respective required) as per cable trenches with associated work such as cutting,making threads for fitting socket,elbow,dressing etc.work. Termination including all internal connection at each equipment on both ends including correct ferruling as per drawing on each core of cable. Control cable will be fully covered by G.I. pipe up to termination point of both end. After completion of work placement of all the Trench cover is to be done. All required (G.I. Pipe,Socket,Bands,Nipples & PT-Junction Boxes will be arranged by the contractor himself at his own cost. Only cable will be provided by Deptt. free of cost.

(a) 2 inch dia pipe.

(b) 1 inch dia pipe

Switchyard Lighting :

(1) Providing of Junction Box of size 280 × 225 × 150 mm duly made of 16 SWG Sheet and Painted with Smoke Grey Colour Synthetic Enamel Paint and Fitted with 1 No. 6 Amp. SP MCB on Anodized M.S. Channel, 1 No. Bakelite Fuse Fitting with 6 Amp. NS 6 type HRC Fuse, 1 No. Copper Neutral Link, Bakelite Terminal Block of 4 Terminals, Cable Glands suitable for 2C / 4C × 2.5 mm2 size Incoming / Outgoing Control Cables etc., then Installation of Junction Box on G.I. Column Structures at designated Height with the help of suitable M.S. Clamps alongwith Earthing of the Junction Box with 12 SWG G.I. Wire including Cable Terminations with Satisfactory Testing & Commissioning.

(2) Providing & Fixing of G.I. Pole Bracket duly made of 40 mm dia. 1.2 Meter Long ‘B’ Class Pipe and Bent at One End by Quarter Circle in 1.0 Meter at an Angle of 300 for Fixing of 125 Watt LED Street Light Luminaries Fittings on G.I. Column Structures with help of M.S. Clamps.

(3) Providing & Fixing of 125 Watt L.E.D. Street Light Luminaries Fittings of Philips / Compton Greaves / Havells make in Single Piece Die Cast Aluminium Alloy Housing with Pot Optics Reflector & Toughened Clear Glass Cover with Frame for Lamp Compartment inlcuding Cable Terminations.

(4) Providing of 3 Phase L.T. A.C. Supply Cubical of size 1200 × 600 × 500 mm with Hinged Door and Proper Locking Arrangement duly made of 16 SWG M.S. Sheet and Painted with Grey Colour Synthetic Enamel Paint. The L.T. A.C. Supply Cubical should be Fitted with 3 No. 100 Amp. Copper Neutral Link, 4 No. 100 Amp. Aluminum Bus Bar (3 Phase + Neutral), 5 No. 32 Amp. TPN MCB, 6 No. 40 Amp. DP MCB, 40 No. Link type Terminal Bock, Cable Glands etc. with Internal Wiring and then Installation on M.S. Angle Frame Structure duly Grouted in Ground by due Construction of Concrete Plinth.

(5) Earthing of L.T. A.C. Supply Cubical with Providing & Fixing of 600 × 800 × 8 mm size G.I. Plate with its Top At Least 3 Meter below the Ground Level with 20 mm dia. G.I. Pipe & Funnel for Watering, 1 No. 8 SWG G.I. Wire Earthing Lead etc. with Alternate Layer of Charcoal / Coke and Salt At Least 150 mm Thick Around it.

(6) Laying of Following sizes PVC insulated Copper Control Cables from L.T. A.C.D.B. Cubical to various Junction Boxes & Junction Boxes to Junction Boxes for Switchyard Lighting through Excavated Trench of size 300 × 600 mm, Covering the Cables with River Sand & Brick Lining Along and Over the Cable, then Back Filling & Leveling of the Trench after Laying of Cables :

(a) 4C × 2.5 mm2 size Control Cable

(b) 2C × 2.5 mm2 size Control Cable

(7) Laying of 2C × 2.5 mm2 size Control Cables form Junction Box to LED Street Light Luminaries Fittings through Inside the M.S. Pole / GI Structure including necessary Fixing of Cable on GI Structure.

(8) Laying 3½ × 70 / 50 mm2 LT Power Cable, 50 cm below the Ground Level after Excavation of Trench, Laying the 1st Class Brick Lining, Filling of River Sand Along & Over the Cable, then Back Filling & Leveling the Trench after Laying of Cable. The Work also includes Termination of Cable on both sides with Crimping of Lugs.

(9) Providing & Fixing of Cable Marker duly made of Cast Iron.
