Preparation of Detailed Project Report for the conservation and Adaptive reuse of Town Hall. Scope of work: To prepare a Conservation and Adaptive Reuse DPR that comprehensively documents and outlines all aspects for the said project, serving as a roadmap for the stakeholders involved. It shall include project objectives, timelines, financial projections, resource allocations, and risk assessments. The DPR will essentially be used for securing financing and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, acting as a bridge between project conception and execution. The DPR shall include the following: 1. Project Summary A project summary giving an overview of the entire initiative, including its objectives, scope, and expected outcomes. 2. Technical Feasibility Technical feasibility assessing available technology and resources. This section shall detail the technical requirements, such as tools, processes, and expertise needed to achieve the project's objectives. 3. Financial Projections Financial projections detailing the project's anticipated costs and the cash flow forecast for the smooth and timely completion of the project. 4. Risk Assessment Risk assessment identifying the potential obstacles like sanctions, environmental requirements, and developing strategies to mitigate them. 5. Guiding Execution The DPR should provide a detailed roadmap for project execution, guiding the project team through each phase. The meticulous planning within a DPR should ensure that all aspects are considered, potential issues are identified early, and mitigation strategies are in place. All studies and surveys of the existing premise to be borne by the consultant as part of the DPR”.
