Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dewatering the DT site where concreting shall poured including supply, installation and removal of pumping equipment from the site.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Carriage of material By Manual Labour including loading, unloading and stacking for lead less than 0.50 KMs ( for dispose off muck /rubbish of item no. 4 beyond lead of 50 m to 400m) Lime, moorum, building, rubbish

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A,-Copupler 110MM Dia including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382,

Providing and making Gabion Structure with 12 mm PP rope gabion of required technical specification filled with boulders with least dimension between 100mm to 200mm as per drawing, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : All works upto plinth level : Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level., Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Drilling (38MM/45 Dia, 500MM Deep) for epoxy Grouted Dowel.

Providing L-Shaped Epoxy grouted anchor of 25mm dia. Steel anchor (38/45mm dia., 500 MM Deep)

High Performance Concrete (HPC) M65 in Diversion tunnel invert including form work, chipping, cleaning surface and all.

Providing, Fabrication and Installation of 25 mm thick steel liner plate of grade IS 2062-E410 and IS 2062-E250 (Confirming to IS -2062:2011) in Diversion Tunnel of Dam including rolling to the required radius as per drawing and welding with approved electrode having excellent mechanical properties for heavy joints under restraint and subjected to dynamic loading. (Payment for Providing Anchor and grouting shall be paid separately).

Providing structural steel necessary for steel liner

Providing and applying epoxy resin binding agent/grout complying with ASTM C881 type IV, class C with min characteristic bond strength of 10 MPA.

Providing and installing 24 mm dia anchor (E410) 330 mm long with 2 no 24 mm anchor nut inclusive of 28 mm dia and 180 mm long drilling in concrete/stone by core cutter through already drilled hole in the plate and filling epoxy mortar/grout (conforming to ASTM C881 of Type-IV Class ‘C’ having min characteristic bond strength of 10 MPA) excluding drilling and grouting.

Providing and installing 24 mm dia threaded stud (E410) 80 mm long with 1 no 24 mm threaded studd nut for clipping and tightening of 25 mm and 20 mm steel plate.

Providing and installing 24 mm dia chemical anchor (Grade 8.8 , M24 of Hilti/Fischer RE-500 V3+HISN/Fischer EM Plus) 255 mm long with drilling 28 mm dia and 250 mm long hole in concrete/stone by core cutter through already drilled hole in the plate and fixing with injection chemical adhesive(ETA certified epoxy based with predefined ratio of 3:1 of resin and hardener having min characteristic bond strength of 10 MPA) excluding drilling
