2.8.1 Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil.

10.20 Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

31.47.9 Providing flanged joints to double flanged C.I./D.I.pipes and specials including necessary bolts, nuts, rubber insertion and testing of joints etc., complete - 400mm diameter pipe.

31.128.1H Providing and laying Cast Iron Double flanged pipe conforming to IS specification 1537&7181 and ISI marked suitable for flanged joints in good condition including transportation of C.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches (or fixing in over head tanks above ground level) laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc., complete all as per IS 3114 and CPWD specification. (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber insertion will be paid separately) -400mm dia.

31.300.1D Supply and installation of DI D/F Gate Valves (Soft seated ) Resilient seated soft sealing gate valves (Sluice valves) (Make VAG, AVK, Fouress) with body bonnet of ductile iron of grade GGG 40, wedge fully rubber lined EPDM of good quality W720 ,replaceable spindle nut, without gland packing and with 3 O-ring protection on the shaft and seals of NBR and the valves should be vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BSS 163-89/ISI 4846-2000/DIN 3202 F4. All the valves should be Electrostatic powder coated both inside outside with pocket less straight thro body passage. All the valves shall be compatible for buried application without chambers, with pressure rating PN 10/16- dia 400mm.

31.53.2 Constructing masonryChamber 120x 120x 100cm inside with 35 class designation brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100mm top diameter 160mm bottom diameter and 180mm deep (inside) with chained lid and R.C.C top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) necessary excavation foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design- with bricks class designation 35.

31.277.1B Supplying and fixing of 25 X 25 mm size vaccum pump (KIRLOSKAR/MAXWELL/DEKKAR) make 3 phase monoblock motor and pumpset complete-2.2 KW/3 HP.

31.256.1C Supplying and fixing of fully automatic air break star-delta starter range for 13A to 25A F.A.S.D. (Bharat Culter Hammer/L&T/Siemens make) with suitable M.S. angle frame etc., complete.- 20HP to 25HP pumpsets -(ML-1.5).

31.131.1H Providing and fixing Cast iron flanges conforming to IS specification 1538 and ISI marked. - 400 mm dia.

Basic Code No.1372J Supplying and fixing of 400mm dia (Rubber insertion for flanged pippe joints) etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
