Dismantling of posts or struts of RCC/wood/steel any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed portion, (posts embedded in concrete or in hard core) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel as in gates, grills, posts etc or in any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed

Dismantlng fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges, all as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded or laid bedded pointed in any mortar, all as specified.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (un reinforced), paver block, chequered , endura tiles of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar hole) each in hard and dense soil n.exc 0.50 cu m getting out and removing surplus spoil at a distance not exc 50 metre and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of n.exc 4.00 mm dia galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 3mm dia PVC coated chain link fencing of galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and directed. Note of serial item No 9 & 10 :- (i) Fixing included under item No 8 here-in-before. (ii) Unit weight (weight per sqm) of chain link fencing shall be derived as per site through a BOO appointed by GE in presence of Contractor's authorised rep and shall be kept in record.

Mild steel work as in iron post / posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250)quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 t complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other sections with gusset plates complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with including hooks and hinges (excluding of covering steel sheeting) fastening, locking arrangement, etc conforming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O, including dismantling all as specified and directed.

Mild steel, plain, black sheet , thickness of sheet 1.6mm plain,in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length fixed in chain link fencing complete all as specified.

Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured) fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining & rescuring inclduing making good staples etc, Galvanized, 2 strand, of any description and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal exc 5cm but n.xc 10cm long, diameter of shank 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified and directed.

2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain coloured sheeting with side lap, fixed with coach screw and washer as in roof, wall , fencing etc including dismantling of old sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc (AZ-70) coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft and loose soil all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each layer of soil all as specified.

Removal excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, for fencing post complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc including disposal of demolished material complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per serial item No 28 herein before but except bricks (using old serviceable bricks) –ditto-

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed ,complete all as specified and directed.

15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick walls or concrete surface and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of old decorated existing plastered /unplastered surface of wall and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint, complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of new plastered surfacs and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint(as per existing colou), complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

TMT bars for reinforcement, 10mm dia & over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 36 herein before but 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, -ditto-

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floor), beams, staircase, landing, chajjas, shelves and similar suspended work, including cutting of reinforcement to facilitate demolition and removal of debris , complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for roughly finished flat surfaces of concrete, all as specified.

Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundations and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter to give rough finish to flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to sides of pillars, coloumns and similar items (square, rectangular or polygonal) including edges rough finished surface of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (nominal mix,type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers , bressumers, lintels over 1.5m span, all as specified and directed .

Reinforced cement concrete, type A-1, 1:1½:3 (nominal mix, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete and the like complete all as specified and directed (reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately).

Reinforced cement concrete, type A-1, 1:1½:3 (nominal mix, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coloumns, pillars, posts and strits etc complete all as specified and directed (reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately).

Concrete interlocking pre polished paver block, with grey cement and no pigment, design as approved, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The shape/size of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new decorated concrete or plastered surface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

20mm thick Granite work (of any type table rubbed and polished) as in lining (veneering to wall) riser, skirting/ dado over and including 12mm thick cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. compelte all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in seismic and other similar bands, copings, plinth courses and the like finished fair & even, including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer on primer on surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.
