Constructing and completing as detailed in drawings, civil, electrical, plumbing, firefighting works inclusive of testing & commissioning of Affordable Housing dwelling units in multi-storied buildings (as listed here-below) with RCC structure in foundations and superstructure including reinforcement, form work, Prestressing (Post-tensioning Work) in Non-tower area, masonry, plaster (internal & external), floor & wall finishes including painting, including plaster (external) and painting (external), timber & metal joinery, ACP cladding, waterproofing; internal and external electrification including energy meters at meter room, earthing, TV, internet and Telephone systems, lightening arrestors, fire alarm system; installing, testing and commissioning of internal and external plumbing works which include delivery piping to OH tanks from UG tanks, water supply lines from overhead water tank to individual tenements with required fittings, fixtures, PR Valves, accessories; sewage, waste lines, peripheral network outside the building, rain/storm water pipes from terraces, drains in peripheral network mains, rain water harvesting, wet riser of fire-fighting lines, Basement ventilation and exhaust, shaft pressurization, On-site infrastructure works including UG tanks, Sewage Treatment Plant, Roads, pathways, landscaping, compound walls, gates and gate structures, security cabins, utility buildings, society offices, shops, commercial spaces, facility centers, area levelling etc., all complete; also to include signage, number plate as per drawings and specifications, etc. Also, providing, installing, testing and commissioning of Lift (Elevator), including all allied civil work required and obtaining approvals of PWD, MSEDCL, CFO, TMC for services installed, but not occupational certificate. Emergency light point shown in each flat is to be connected to the LDB of the respective flat. No emergency light point is provided in the flat, along with 10 years defect liability period etc. as per the Technical Specification, Drawings, as per each of these items given in the bid document. The rate to be quoted per SqFt. of Built-up Area. Note : Please refer Volume - X for Total BOQ.
