Material and labour for fillet of 75mm size using PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 at the junction of all horizontal and vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm average thickness plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in levelling / padding course on roof slab, chajjas, projections on similar surfaces making the surface fair and even without using extra cement, including necessary form work, using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound will measured and paid seperately as 'supply only'.

Material and labour for 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 over PCC padding (while concrete is green) using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions furnished the surface even and smooth without using exteracement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply only liquid water proofing compound will measured and paid seperately.

Supply only WPC (liquid) ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to roof by providing 3mm thick APP pre-fabricated membrane with and including non woven polyester matt central core of 160 gsm (min) impregnated and coated on both sides including layer of APP modified bitumen and finished with and including micro-perforated heat fusible polythene film on both surfaces laid over and including bituminous primer @ 0.3 litres/Sqm confrming to IS-3384 and a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @1.2 Kg/Sqm over the membrane and applying two coats of aluminium paint over the bitumen coat @ 0.1 litr per sqm each layer complete all as specified and directed. The weight of APP membrane shall not be less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm and shall be applied by using LPG/Butane torch and with uniform pressure with roller. The overlap of membrane shall be 100mm on sides and 150mm on end laps complete as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed. Material and labour for damp proof waterproofing treatment in plastered (old/new) walls surfaces comprising of following :- (a) Pre Painting Steps :- (i) Surface shall be made free from any loose paint, dust or grease. Growth of Fungus, Algae or moss by removing with wire brush and water. The surface exhibits chalkiness, then a coat of primer (Make : Asian Paints Smartcare or equivalent make as per appendix 'B'). Filling cracks up to 3mm using crack seal (Make : Asian Paints or equivalent make as per appendix 'B'). Dents and holes if any filled with trucare wall care putty (Make : Asian Paints or equivalent make as per appendix 'B all as per manufacturers instructions. (b) Paint Applicaton Process :- (i) Coat of Smartcare Damproof (Undiluted), (ii) Coat of Apex Ultima Suprema (40% Dilution) or equivalent make as per appendix 'B, (iii) Coat of Apex Ultima Suprema (40% Dilution) or equivalent make as per appendix 'B complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and directed. Notes: (i) The work shall be executed only through authorised applicator of manufacturer as approval by GE. (ii) Contractor has to submit guarantee for effectiveness of water proofing treatment for 10 Years

Material and labour for damp proof waterproofing treatment in roof as per manufacturer's instructions comprising of following procedure complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Pre Painting Steps :- (i) Surface shall be made free from any loose paint, dust or grease with wire brushes and water and remove all existing bitumen coatings completely. It is recommended to use intense wire brushing or high speed water jet for thorough cleaning. The substrate must be checked for its soundness using small hammer . All cracks at corner joints, channels and parapets shall be properly treated. Filling cracks up to 3mm use crack seal (Make; Asian Paints or equivalent make as per appendix 'B). Bigger cracks, damaged portions and hollow areas must be repaired with polymer modified cement mortars all as specified and directed. (b) Application Process :- (i) Self Priming with Smartcare Damproof (33% Dilution), (ii) 1st Coat of Smartcare Damproof (Undiluted) (iii) 2nd Coat of Smartcare Damproof (Undiluted). Make : Asian Paints or equivalent as per appendix 'B' as approved by GE. Notes: (i) The work shall be executed only through authorised applicator of manufacturer as approval by GE. Material and labour for guniting to RCC Wall, roof, beam, ceiling etc and repairing of structures with spalled concrete comprising of the following water proofing treatment complete all as specified and directed :- 1 Surface preparation a. Clean the surface with wire brush or scrubber to remove hidden dirt, loose particles, laitance & dust. degrease the surface by using suitable solvents, b Repair the spalled concrete portion by saw, cutting the extreme edges of the repair location to a depth of at lease 10 mm to avoid featheredging & to provide strong bond, c Clean the concrete surface to remove any contamination where breaking is not possible. Roughen the surface by light scabbling or grit blasting, d Expose corroded rebar in the repairing area fully . Remove all loose scales & corrosion deposits and immediately clean the surface, 2 PRIMING (a) Priming of steel surface,by apply primer (Make : Dr. Fixit Rust Remover or equivalent make as per appendix 'B' as approved by GE ) to all exposed reinforcement area including washing steel with water jet before applying primer. (b) Slurry of primer coat is prepared by mixing of one part Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent make as per appendix 'B' as approved by GE, one part of water and 3 parts of fresh OPC cement. Slowly mix cement with binder to obtain a smooth consistency. Continue mixing the slurry during application to prevent settlement. 3 MIXING (a) A forced action Pan Mixer or Use a suitable sized drum with heavy-duty electrical drill machine fitted with spiral paddle mixer at slow speed of 400-500 rpm is used to ensure that Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP mortar is thoroughly mixed. (b) Hand mixing is permissible only for 25 kg or less quantity. (c ) Charge the mixer with required quantity of clean & dry sand, cement & mix for 1-2 minutes, then add Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent make as per appendix 'B' as approved by GE as per the dosages recommended by manufacturers. Mix for 2-3 minutes to avoid air entrapment. Keep on slowly adding water until the required consistency is achieved. do not add extra water. 4 APPLICATION a Mortar Mixed throughly shall be deposited on the concrete surface under a pressure of abount 20 to 30 N/Sqcm to the required shape. The thickness of mortar shall vary from 6 to 40 mm based on the structure. The plastered surface may treated with suitable. The external surface shall be finished with 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Measurement shall be done based on the area of finished surface. The quoted rate shall be deemed to include whatever thickness required for maintaining a good / aesthetic appearance of the structure and above said provisions Notes : (i) Make - Dr Fixit, Asian paints ,Fosroc, M/S Sikka or equivalent make as per appendix 'B' as approved by GE. (ii) The work shall be got executed only through authorised applicator of manufacturer's and application of treatment as approved by GE. (iii) Contractor will submit guarantee for effectiveness of water profing treatment for 10 years.
