Material and labour for cleaning of Building service tanks PVC of OMQ area & SMQ of exc. 250 litres and not exc. 500 litres capacity situated at various places by removing the float valve of any size carefully and keeping it safe for refixing, inspecting the float valves, check nuts and nipples for serviceability, inspecting the tanks for cracks if any, bailing out the accumulated water at the bottom and removing the complete silt from the bottom of the tank and thereafter cleaning and rubbing inner surface using bleaching powder and wire brushes, taking out all scales, dirt etc. and cleaning of tank with fresh water including writing on the out side of the tank “Cleaned On - (Date)” with synthetic enamel paint with letter size 10cm high in white color, over a black background of appropriate size, refixing of float valve and check nuts etc complete all as directed.

All as per Item No.1 above but capacity of tank exc. 500 litres and not exc. 1000 litres.

Disconnecting existing tanks of any description exc. 250 ltrs and n. exc. 500 ltrs capacity and removing from site as directed..

Supply & Laying in repair 3 Layered PP-R (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) Pipes 16mm Outer Dia (Bore) ISI Marked PN-16, SDR 7.4 UV Stabilised and Anti-Microbial Fusion Welded having Thermal Stability for Hot and Cold water Supply including all PP-R Plain and Brass Threaded Polypropylene Random Fittings (such as Bends ,Elbows, Tees, Short Pieces ,Connectors, Back - Nuts Capps,Plugs, Unions etc) Laying in Trenches/Floors/Ducts or Fixing to walls, etc, and also Cutting of pipes as required , comlete as all specified and as directed. (MAKE :- SFMC/WETFLOW/FUSION).

All as per Item No 18 here-in-before, but PP-R (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) Pipes 20 mm outer Dia (Bore), ISI Marked PN-16.(MAKE :- SFMC/WETFLOW/FUSION).

Supply and fix in repairs 15 mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 142 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 20 mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 210 gms).complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 25 mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 455 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in platform over roof for PVC tanks finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B bricks burnt straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick concrete on internal surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC connection 15 mm dia 600mmm long with 2 Nos PVC check nuts with washer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and laour for 75mm thick PCC Type C-1 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection & footpath complete all as specified and directed.
