Engaging various mazdoors for Sweeping and cleaning of Office, store godowns, scooter shed ,Periodical Maintenance of water supply and sanitary installations inside the store complex including checking of all water supply and sanitary lines over head tanks, sump, well etc. excluding cost of any water supply/sanitary pipes, fittings etc, which will be supplied by the department on free of cost. Engaging Skilled mazdoor for attending Data Entry works for AE(M-III) , AE(Electrical) and AE M-IV(Outstation ) section for typing works such as estimates, Bills and other Correspondence letters of the Sub Division and attending routine works of Dairy, Entry and Despatch all etc. Engaging one number semiskilled mazdoor at AE M-III subdivision for assisting store keeping works, checking the receipt & issue material transactions, assisting in maintaining & handling store records.Engaging one number unskilled mazdoor for peon works, DAK collection, material handling, also engaging USM for Collection of debris, unwanted materials from the working site and accumulating in the specified area in store complex on daily basis and to keep vigil inside the central stores round the clock at central store complex, Andaman Lakshadweep Harbour Works, Port Blair and attending other miscellaneous works as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour charges, GST & LWC... etc, complete but excluding cost of brooms, mops, cloths, floor cleaner liquid, dettol, cost of all cleaning liquid/powder, disinfectant, toilet freshner, cleaning brushes etc., which will be supplied by the department on free of cost.

Transporting and disposing the stacked garbage and all other waste materials collected from CSWD Store Complex and loading it manually in truck and unloading it in the municipal garbage designated yard within a lead of 14 KM as per instruction of EIC including hire charges of truck, cost of all labour charges, GST, Labour welfare cess, minor T&P, dumping charges to Municipal etc., complete.

Cleaning and disinfecting all the three toilets and two Nos. tanks in the CSWD Store Office periodically as directed by the EIC including all labour charges, GST & LWC... etc, complete but excluding cost of all cleaning liquid/powder, disinfectant, toilet freshner, cleaning brushes etc.,which will be supplied by the department on free of cost.
