The intending bidder should have satisfactorily executed and completed the contract as a prime contractor pertaining to Belt vulcanizing (hot and/or cold jointing of belt width 1200mm and above) and repairs to conveyor belts of various grades and sizes at coal handling plant of Thermal Power Plant of capacity 210MW and above in the preceding five years. The value of work done should not less than Rs.135.54 Lakhs. The intending bidder should have executed minimum 100 cold belt joints of width 1200mm or above in a single work order at coal handling plant. The intended bidder shall upload the scanned copy of original satisfactory work done certificate from Govt. Organization/reputed private organization issued by competent authority in preceding five years. (Work done of previous financial years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tender is invited.)
The intending bidder in his name should have a minimum annual financial turnover of not less than Rs. 542.13 Lakhs in any of the two years of preceding five years and should upload the scanned copy of original latest audited balance sheets including profit and loss account for preceding five completed financial years countersigned by charted accountant as documentary evidence.(Financial turnover of previous financial years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tender is invited.)
The intending bidder shall not have been subject to forfeiture of EMD/foreclosure/termination of their contract in KPCL/government or any other utility and have not been blacklisted for participation in tender issued by KPCL or government or any other utility in India during the past 5 years. The intended bidder should upload the scanned copy of Declarations as per Schedule-3 and Schedule-4.
