NCTPS I ES Circle EM I Division Sub Division I Routine Breakdown maintenance works of 230 KV Grid Bus Yard Power Transformers Service Transformers DG sets and all Earth pits in 230 KV Switchyard of Sub Division I of EM I Division for 360 days for

Assisting for daily cleaning and checking of all equipments in the 230 KV indoor switchyard, switchyard floor area, charger room area, Battery room etc., assisting in works like, Daily checking of SF6 gas level, Air pressure, Draining of Condensed water from the breaker, checking the temperature, checking the leakage currents in all LAS, checking the battery, specific gravity charger voltage, watering all earth pits, store drawl and devolution, etc., Assisting in checking the tightness of clamps. Checking the healthiness of insulation, SF6 gas filling, Compressor oil changing, Lubricating the isolators, tightness checking of all cable termination, petroleum, jelly applying and in breaker overhauling etc.,

Assisting for daily cleaning and checking of all Power Transformer yard, Transformer yard, checking transformer temperature, checking and NGR, NGT, Silica gel replacing, attending oil leakage in transformers, replacing the cooling fans, replacing the oil circulating pumps. Assisting in overhauling the fan and pumps. Oil filtrations, Assisting in oil top up, Buchholz and PRV checking and replacing, releasing and reconnecting of HV – LV neutral and earth connection including Duct opening and closing, Store drawl and devolution etc.,

Assisting for daily cleaning and checking of all Service Transformers, yard exceptive NGR, DG sets, DG house panels, cooling towers and all other accessories etc., Assisting in DG sets engine oil, Coolant level checking and replacing, DG engine filter replacement, silica gel replacement and store drawl and devolution etc.,

Assisting in breakdown works if any in Power Transformers, 230 KV switchyard like, replacing of HV Bushing, CVTs, CTs, Isolators, radiators replacement, LAs replacement etc., and similar breakdown works in DG sets and 12 nos. of Service Transformers. ( 24 operations of breakdown work of all the Switchyard, Power Transformer, Service Transformer & DG Sets).

Opening of all earth pit in Transformer Yard, cleaning the earth electrode & pit, checking the joints and earthing rod if necessary, Closing the cover after completion of work.
