SOFA SET 5 Seater : FD/MAP II/02 , FD-281 & FD-373 (For item No 01 to 12) M&L for taking out old unserviceable seat or back of foam cushion and Supply and fixing new seat or back of foam cushion of size 530x560x100mm 40 density duly covered with tapestry cloth of approved quality duly stiched complete all as specified and as shown on drawing No FD/MAP II/02, FD-281 & FD-373 . Note : Cost of Tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 380/- per meter .

M&L for taking out old unserviceable tapestry cloth from seat or back of foam cushion and Supply and fixing new tapestry cloth of approved quality duly stiched complete all as specified and as shown on drawing No FD/MAP II/02, FD-281 & FD-373 . Note : Cost of Tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 380/- per meter .

Taking out old unserviceable front legs and supply and fixing new legs of size 500X70X35 mm thick made of 1st class hard wood (teak) free from knots and cracks with permissible moisture contents as per the shape , size as exists duly french polished to reqd gloss and to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as shown on drgs No FD/MAP II/02, FD-281 & FD-373.

Preparation of surface with sand paper after scraping of old French polishing to sofa set and including to the parts repaired items with sand paper/Grinder and prepare surface to apply two coat of Malamine Polish glossy finish to complete Sofa set repaired /replace under item No 3 to 11 to the required gloss and colour complete all as specified and as directed. as shown as drg No FD/MAP II/02 , FD-281 & FD-373.

REPAIR TO CHAIR DINING: DRG No - FD/E6/MAP/10 (For Item No 13 to 14) Taking out U/S foam of chair dining and S&F new 75 mm thick 40 density foam with fabric on seat of 12 mm thick ply BWR Grade duly covered with tapestry cloth of approved quality duly stiched complete all as specified and as shown on drawing and driected by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Cost of Tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 380/- per metre .

Taking out U/S foam of chair dining and S&F new foam 40 density and 450MMx450MMX75MM and covered with tapestry cloth of approved quality duly fixed with 12 MM thick Plywood BWR Grade complete all as specified and shown on drawing. Note : Cost of Tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 380/- per meter .

TABLE DRESSING LADIES WITH MIRROR DRG No FD/MAP-II/07: (For Item No 15 to 16). M&L for taking out old unserviceable seat of foam cushion and Supply and fixing new seat of foam cushion of size 370x325x75mm 40 density duly covered with tapestry cloth of approved quality duly stiched complete all as specified and as shown on drawing No FD/MAP II/07. Note : Cost of Tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 380/- per meter .

Taking out U/S tapestry cloth of stool seat and S & F tapestry cloth on seat of stool approvel quality duly sitched complete all as specified on drawing and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Painting and Polishing. Applying two coats of french polish upto the required gloss to the of furniture of book case complete the items internally and externally including necessary preparation of surfaces as shown on drg No FD-237
