M&L for preparation of old existing roof surface by washing rubbing down removing oil grease and vegitation etc. and applying ready made branded chemical treatment of approved OEM to roof/ exterior wall/ parapet wall/ chajjas and any other position as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed in following steps:- Step-1 Opening of sealed container and dilute the chemical with water @ 1:3 using mechanical mixer to prepare primer and apply one coat of primer using roller and allow 4-6 hrs to dry for primer. Step-2 Apply two coats of approved chemical roof treatment with roller to primed surface as per manufacturer's instruction anda allow 4-6 hrs to dry treatment. Note :- (1) Removal of old roof treatment work is deemed to be included in rates (2) work shall be got executed only from approved OEM. M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall and applying 1mm thick water proof putty over prepared surface. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing and applying Dr. Fixit rain coat in following steps as appended below:- (1) Existing substrates cleaned and removed all scale dirt, algea moss, fungal growth with high pressure water using high pressure jet washer. All loose plaster will be repaired with polymer modified mortar using Dr. Fixit pidicrete URP and norrow cracks upto 5mm shall be repaired with crack X-paste and the larger cracks upto 10mm with Dr fixit crack-X shrink free. The surface shall be made dry completely for upto 4-6 days for application of primer. (2)Applying one coat primer Dr. Fixit prime seal diluted with 2:1 with water (prime seal:water) maintaining spreading rate @ 8 to 10 sqm / ltr complete all as specified and directed. (3) Applying two coats of Dr Fixit raincoat without any dilution for coverage 3.5 sqm/ltr and second coat of Dr. fixit rain coat without any dilution for coverage 7 sqm/ltr complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Second coat must be applied after lapse of 6 to 8 hours application of first coat. (ii) The application of Dr Fixit raincoat must be avoided at temperature below 10˚C more than 35˚C and in direct sunlight.
