M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, cornices etc including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling, including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent and trading oil and greasy spotsetc and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment i.e. white wash, colour wash ,distempering etc on wall applying Two coats of cement base paint (approved colour) over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment i.e. white wash, colour wash, cement paint etc. on wall and ceiling complete, with help of hand opeated sander or by manual where it is feasible and preparing the surfaces smooth including necessary repair to depressions/cracks by wall care putty/POP & apply a coat of exterior water based primer with aireless spray techonology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI by Trucare Graco machine and applying two coat of exterior weather proof anit algae 100% acrylic emulsion with maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI by Trucare Graco machine and capable of operational single spray gun with a maximum materials hose length 150m working, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, cornices etc including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (any Colour) on wall with brush complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment i.e. white wash ,colour wash ,distempering etc. of wall complete, applying a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty with the help of machine (mechanically) on wall including rubbing with sand paper to achieve a smooth surface and sharp straight edges etc. complete as per manufacturer's instructions and directed at site and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (any colour) with the help of machine (mechanically) over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any description not other wise described over and including 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic Enamel paint (any colour) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of iron and steel based materials of any description not other wise described over and including 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic Enamel paint (any colour) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new untreated surfaces of steel of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
