| 1.10 | Design, supply and errect/construction pre-engineered building RCC/steel structures for Maint Flight Hangar with Annexes Buildings along both sides of Hangar, Double Storey, size as shown on drawing No. CESZ/DIN/2024/AR-549 Sheet No. 1/6 to 6/6 including Hangar Door(electricaly operated), Bird/Monkey Proofing Net, anchor bolts, base plates and all structural steel items, flooring of annexe building, roofing, walling, RCC rain water eaves gutters, turbo air ventilators & all necessary civil works as required with all fittings, fixtures and built in furniture items etc. including Bracket, Gantry Girder (for LT Travel), etc. for provision of EOT Crane complete all as specified and shown on drawings.
Note :-
(i) The vetting of design and drawings of all structures shall be got done only from any one of the IITs and the quoted rate shall deemed to be included the cost of the same.
(ii) The extent of provision of EOT crane mentioned under BOQ Sl Item No. 22.118 of Schedule 'A' Part-XIX is not included in above quoted rate and will be measured & paid separately under BOQ Sl Item No. 22.118 of Schedule 'A' Part-XIX.
(iii) SSI wrt bore hole No. 50, 54, 55, 56 & 57 (Group C) shall be considered (attached at Appendix 'H').
(iv) Flooring of hanger shall be designed by contractor & get approved from the department. Item of flooring shall be measured & paid under respective Schedule Items.
(v) Foundation, Flooring(Hangar only), Internal electrification & Internal water supply shall be measured & paid under respective schedules.
(vi) The quoted rate shall deemed to be included the cost of flooring under Annexe building.
(vii) For complete details refer respective Schedule 'A' notes & Particular specification clause No. 11 and its sub paras.

SCHEDULE 'A' SEC-XIX (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) NOTE: THIS SCHEDULE IS NOT PRE-PRICED BY MES AND THE PRE-PRICED RATE INDICATED AS "RS 0.00" UNDER COL. 5 SIGNIFIES THIS FACT ONLY.
Bringing approved earth (as approved by Garrison Engineer) from sources outside defence land including all costs such as royalty if any, transportation taxes etc. for area filling / forming including raising earth spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick each layer, watering, compaction with 8 tonne to 12 tonne power roller and finished to required size and shape etc, any high / depth from EGL. Notes:- (i) Earth required for the item shall be supplied by contractor out side MOD land of any lead at his own arrangement. (ii) All cost of procurement of earth including cost of transportation, compaction, royalties, tax etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) with reference to clause 3.6 of MES schedule Part-II on serial page no- 21 it is clarified that measurement of the above item shall be finished embankment/ traverse of filled earth after consolidation/ compaction and 5% deduction shall be made from measured and calculated volume to allow for increase in bulk. (iv) Total quantity/ partial of earth may not be available in Dinjan area. The contractor shall bring the earth outside area it is advised to quote the rate considering availability of soil and its lead involved complete all as specified and as directed.
Boring for Bored cast in situ piles of dia 450mm and 10 metre long in soil and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres using DMC method (Direct mud circulation) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 sqmm, single core, FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20mm dia steel conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as required alongwith one run of 2.5 sqmm single core FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuous earth wire dolly completion complete all as specified and directed. Note: 2 run of 2.5 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm cable along with steel conduit altogether shall be measured as one unit.
M & L for submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded FRLS type 1100V grade 4 x 6 sqmm complete drawn in new PVC concealed conduit and its accessories along with 2x 6 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded FRLS type cable for continuous earth wire and duly connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 4 run of 6 Sqmm cable and 2 run of 6 Sqmm cable along with PVC conduit altogether shall be measured as one unit.
Supply Installation, testing & commissioning of integral LED 4ft luminaire of CRCA / extruded aluminium housing and PC diffuser (Diffuser-Non yellowing type). The luminaire should have a 18 Watt LED with colour consistency SDCM< 5,CRI> 80 and colour temperature - 4000 to 6500K, Luminaire shall be designed to emit at least 2000 nominal lumens at a system efficacy of at-least 120 lumen/watt, power consumption should not be more than 18W (+5%). the life of fixture (including Driver): 50000 burning Hrs.@ L70B50 Lumen maintenance @ design ambient temp 50 deg C. The electronic driver used shall have a power factor >0.95 and THD < 10% suitable for an operating voltage range of 150-270V AC current Ripple<5% internal surge protection should be minimum 2.5KV, electrical insulation class should be Class I &driver should be of class B serviceability. The luminaire should be at least IP20 & IK02 rated. The luminaire driver shall be of the same make/manufacturer as that of LED luminaires. Luminaire manufacturer must have in house NABL accredited lab conduct LM79, type test as per IS10322 & "FAT" before dispatch as per IS 10322. The contractor must submit the NABL accreditation certificate for luminaire manufacturer along with sample approval. The LED Luminaire & It's driver both should be BIS registered contractor shall submit the following reports before supply of material for approvals LM79 issued by NABL accredited lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer type test certificate for luminaire as issued by NABL accredited lab, RoHS compliance issued by LED luminaire manufacturer, BIS certificate for LED Luminaire & Driver complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply Installation, testing & commissioning of 34/35/36 watt, (2'x2') Recessed Mounted square luminaire made of CRCA & with single piece molded polycarbonate diffuser. The diffuser shall be so designed that it does not protrude below the luminaire/ceiling & is able to give more volumetric light & higher vertical illumination. The luminaire shall be so designed that it emits light from the inner side walls of the luminaires & shall be hollow from center. The outer dimensions of the luminaire shall be L-595mm, W:595mm & H: 70mm & the cutout size hollow portions shall be approx 580mmX580mm (Tolerance in all dimensions ± 5mm). The hollow portion of the luminaire should an option to be covered with customizable backplate or un-cut grid ceiling tile. Luminaire shall deliver minimum system lumens of 3910 lumens with a system luminous efficacy ≥115 lm/W, system wattages ≤ 34W & integral module with lumen efficacy of ≥140lm/W and viewing angle of 120°to ensure better uniformity. It should have CCT of 5700K CRI ≥ 80, SDCMs. The life shall be L70850@ 50K Hrs. The luminaire driver shall have THD≤10% @ full load, PF ≥ 0.90@ full load, internal surge protection of 2KV, operating voltage range of 140V-270V.The luminaire shall have serviceability of Class B. The luminaire shall be IP20 compliant. The fixture design should be with flicker free operation having ripple ≤ 5% the LED driver should comply to IEC61000.3.2,2009 for Harmonics, IEC61347-2-13, 2006 IN Conjunction WITH IEC61347-1 ED 2.0, 2007 for Electrical safety, CISPR 15/EN 55015 (9 khZ TO 30MHz) for RFI, EMI/EMC, IEC 62384 for driver performance test. The luminaire driver shall have efficiency of ≥85%. The luminaire driver shall be of the same make /manufacturer/ brand as that of LED luminaires. The luminaire & driver shall have BIS registration & the contractor shall submit the BIS certificate along with Sample Approval. The LED luminaire manufacturer should have in-house NABL accredited lab to conduct type test, factory acceptance test before dispatch of material, LM79 test & IK test. The contractor shall submit the NABL accreditation of LED luminaire manufacturer along with Sample Approval. The contractor shall submit the type test of luminaires & LM79 test reports issued by NABL accredited lab before supply of material complete all as specified and as directed.
S & F LED Bulb of 9 watt Oval diffuser to give glare free light, IP50 of lumen output should be greater than 1100 lumen, CCT 4000-5700, CRI>=70, THD must be less than 10%, Power factor more than 0.9, working voltage 140-270V, life time should not be less than 25KHr complete all specified and as directed.
S & F Exhaust fan 300 mm sweep, copper winding, metal body, four metal blades BEE approved/ISI marked, air delivery shall not be less than 1600 CMM at 1400 RPM, mounted in suitable opening arrangement with louvers shutters, suitable for operation on 240 Volt, single phase, 50 cycle per second, AC supply and connecting up using flexible cord wire 3 core using PVC flexible conduit from ceiling rose or connector to fan to cover PVC cable fixed in position as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of LED security light fitting of high-quality group control enabled integrated LED Street Light with a minimum system lumen of min 4900 lm and system wattage not less than 35 W with a nominal system efficacy of 140 lumen/watt. The LED used shall have CCT of 5700K, SDCM ≤ 5 and CRI≥70. The housing should be made of LM6/ADC12 Alloy, non-corrosive Single Piece pressure die-cast aluminum, to withstand extreme environments. Sr. Item No. 22.123 Contd/.. The Ingress protection should be minimum IP66 & impact resistance shall be IK10. Control gear compartments shall be Top maintainable without accessing/opening the optical compartment. The Luminaire should have a minimum 20 KV/10KA SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire. The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 10KA rating i.e. Total of 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE 62.41.2. The luminaire should be of Class B Serviceability. The contractor must submit the NABL accreditation certificate for Luminaire manufacturer along with Sample Approval. The LED Luminaire & it's driver both should be BIS registered. The contractor shall submit the following reports before supply of material for approvals: LM79 issued by NABL accredited lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer, Type Test report for luminaire as issued by NABL accredited lab, RoHS compliance issued by LED luminaire manufacturer, BIS certificate for LED Luminaire & Driver complete including with necessary brackets / pipes clamps & nuts & bolts for holding the street light fitting and three core copper flexible cable of 1.5 Sqmm as required at site incl suitable size of bracket for fixing complete all as directed
