Carring Out Ground Investigation study of the site , prepare and submit copy reports of the Ground Strata available, sampling of the strata, preserving and handing over of the sample to the client . Design and drawings: Preparation of architectural design / drawing, detailed engineering drawings for foundation design and Superstructure including structural shed, Underground Tank, roadwork, building works and all other developmental works based on the Ground investgation report, including obtaining all applicable statutory clearances / permissions and approvals and providing as-built drawings.

Vetting of the designs and drawings/documents from Government Institute like Pune College of Engineering.

Construction, fabrication, erecting and commissioning of Structural Shed complete as per technical specifications and drawings of the tender document. The offer shall include cost of all equipment, material, labour, transportation, all types of taxes and overhead charges etc.

Construction of Office building including provision of office furniture, Office Partitioning, Equipments complete as per technical specifications and drawings of the tender document. The offer shall include cost of all equipment, material, labour, transportation, all types of taxes and overhead charges etc.

Construction of the Underground Tank inside structural shed. complete as per technical specifications and drawings of the tender document. The offer shall include cost of all equipment, material, labour, transportation, all types of taxes and overhead charges etc.

Construction of Concrete Road / Concrete Pavement/ Concrete Block Pavement including all excavation, backfilling, compaction, preparation of sub grade, formwork, reinforcement, polyethylene sheets, making side slopes, kerbs, storm water drainage system, sewerage system, service trenches, pavement / road markings paints etc. all complete as per specification and drawings

Construction of the compound wall including 02 Nos of gates,Secutity cabin 2 Nos and perimeter ligting complete as per technical specifications and drawings of the tender document. The offer shall include cost of all equipment, material, labour, transportation, all types of taxes and overhead charges etc.

Allow for provision of landscapping at site within the compound all complete. The offer shall include cost of all equipment, material, labour, transportation, all types of taxes and overhead charges etc.

ELECTRICAL AND ELV SYSTEM WORKS _ Item no. 11 to 22 Distribution Boards : Design, obtain engineer's approval, Supply,unloading, shifting to desired location at site, installation, assembly ,testing and commissioning of LV 3 phase Distribution Boards (DB). Rate shall include the cost of sheet steel enclosure, Componets like MCCB, ELCB/RCCB, busbar, cable glands, sockets, hardwares, cables terminating kit, ferrules, lugs, internal wiring all complete. Transportation, installation, labour, testing and commissioning DBs as required to complete . DBs should have at least 20% spare feeders. The number of distribution boards to be as per the approved design and covers all the following systems: (a) Lighting Distribution for offices (b) Lighting distribution for workshop (c) External Lighting ( with day timers) (d) Exit Signage and Emergency Lighting (e) Computer Power (f) Power Circuits and other power points (h) Bell Points with Bell module

Cabling : Supply,laying and termination of 1.1 KV XLPE insulation, Armoured cable manufactured with extrusion & continous vulcanisation process. Cables of various sizes as per the approved scheme for main power to Various DBs from Main Panel in panel room. Copper conductor shall be used for cables 16 sqmm and below. ( cable schedule to be submited for Engineer's approval.)

Cabling : Supply,laying and termination of 1.1 KV XLPE insulation, Armoured cable manufactured with extrusion & continous vulcanisation process.Cables of various sizes as per the approved scheme for external lighting, high bay workshop lighting, power sockets, aviation lighting from respective DBs to the light points / socket points. Point Wiring : Point wiring shall include in addition the earth continuity conductor/wire from the DB to the earth pin/stud of the outlets/switchbox & to the outlet point. The scope includes sub mains wiring from DB to switch & socket points and room switch boards . Wiring shall be carried out by appropriate size copper multistranded conductor 660/1100V grade PVC insulated FRLS wire in concealed conduit or casing caping or GI conduit ( for structral building) as appropriate. Individual junction/inspection boxes shall be provided for each point wiring for the purpose of looping, inspection etc. Point wiring shall also include cable termination lugs, glands ferrules,conduits, switches, sockets, module boxes, module plates, sockets. electronic regulator fans , metal clad sockets etc. to complete the installation in all respect. (a) Light Points including the primary wiring from LDB to first light fitting through Gang switch ( group of switches for a Room) and secodary wiring from switch to first fitting to subsequent fitting on the same circuit. (b) Power Points including primary and secodary wiring. (c) Computer power points (d) Exaust Fan & Gyezer Points (e) Fan Points including Primary, secodnary wiring and electronic fan regulator (f) Exit and emergency lighting points including Primary and secondary wiring (g) Power points for AC ( Refer Annexure C for the number of points. The lighting, exit signage , emegency lighting , AC points to be determined by the contractor based on his design approved by engineer )

Lighting System : Design, Supply, installation,termination , commisioning of LED light fixtures along with luminaries, including support, pipes as required complete to achieve the desired lux levels defined in the scope of work. (a) Office Lighting (b) Workshop high bay lighting (c) External lighting (d) Emergency lighting with power backup (f) Exit signage lighting with power backup (g) Aviation Lighting with power backup.

Fans, Geyser : Supply, installation, commissioning of following items as pe list as annexure c, with all the mounting arrangement, accessories, guards, all complete. (a) Celing / wall mounted fans (b) Exaust Fan of capacity to be designed/ detrmined by the contractor. (c) Geyser capacity to be designed and proposed by the contractor.

Telephone Point : Supply, laying/installation of RJ11 IO telephone point including module box, module plate, telephone cables from DB to DB, 2 pair telephone wire from IO point to the krone DB through cocealed conduits/ surface casing caping / GI conduit ( structural builiding), ferruling, kugs, accessories all complete. Refer Annexure C for the quantity of points.

Krone Telephone DBs : Supply, installation, termination, of 50 Pair Telephone Krone type DB - qnty 2 nos .

LAN Data IO point : Supply, laying, installation , testing of RJ 45 LAN IO point as per quantity defined in annexure C with ,CAT 6+ cabling from network switch to the respective IO points, inclusive of Module boxes, module plates conduits for concealed cabling, casing caping / GI condits for surface conduiting , inspection boxes all complete.

Network switch with cabinet : Supply,installation testing, commisioning of 16 Ports 10/100/1000Mbps, with 2 combo 1000 Base-T/SFP Layer-2,Giga bit Managed switch, IPV6 compliant, including single mode Tx, Rx Fibre modules, wiring, termination all complete. Also includes the supply, installation of 19" rack of appropriate size with power sockets, ventilation fans, mounting for switch, fibre & cat 6+ patch panels, fibre & patch cords, LIU panel, UPS, internal wiring, termination alll complete. (a) 16 port Network switch with cabinet as above - 2 nos

Design, Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of Earthing system including earth pits ,earth strips,earthing cables and earth busbars etc all complete.

Design, Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of Lightening protection system including earth pits , spikes,earth strips,earthing cables and test links etc

Final coat of Painting to structural shed and building after completion of all work including package 2 (if required)

One year Extended Warranty over and above initial Defect Notification period of 24 Months ( To be paid on prorata basis of weeks extened)
