Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.Two coats

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade ..Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Providing and fixing structural Galvanized steel tubes frame at all heights using square/ rectangular tube in the required pattern as per architectural drawing, including cost of cutting, bending, welding etc. The frame work shall be fixed with the help of M.S. brackets/ lugs of angle iron/ flats etc. which shall be welded to the frame and embedded in wall with cement concrete block 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 300x230x300 mm, including cost of necessary centering and shuttering and with approved expansion hold fasteners on CC/RCC surface, including drilling necessary holes.
