Designing ,Providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of pre stressed Special Architectural structure roofing structure with M.s.Tubular Frame Work (APOLLO/JINDAL/TATA ) in desired profile as per conceptual drawing , with Type II precontraint as per manufacturing and supplying standards by Serge Ferrari Equivalent with Precontrant Technology . The membrane should confirm to the manufacturing standard of being pre stretched in both weft and waft direction during manufacturing to perform best dynamic stability in both weft and waft direction with approved installers and Manufacturer for Architectural Roofing . The fabric must be of HT polyester yarns 1100 Dtex coated with uniform 230 micron PVC coating over the polyester yarn. The top quote over the PVC must be of high concentration with easy clean ability and superior white pigmentation of the membrane. The dimensional stability of the fabric should be measured as per elongation test of 24h -10daN/5cm which should confirm <1%-<1% (EN 15977) and residual elongation should confirm <0.4%-<0.4% (EN 15977) ensuring dimensional stability in both weft and waft direction, minimum weight should be 900 to 950g/sqm (EN ISO 2286-2), 4200 / 4000 N/50 mm (EN ISO 1421) and tear strength of 550 / 500 N (DIN 53.363) and with a Guarantee of 15 yrs (with non depreciating guarantee for first three years) from the manufacturer, width of the fabric should be 2.67 mtr, Adhersion 120 N (EN ISO 2411). The Membrane fabrication should confirm to standards of desired profile as per approved shop drawing including necessary designing with non-linear design software, seaming machine at least capacity from 20 kv to 25kv not including travelers seaming machine, CNC plotter & cutter machine for cutting of membrane pattern, swage end machine upto 30mm dia cables etc. The wilding should be using High Frequency welding machine of minimum welding seam width with 50 mm. This work shall include CHS members of YST 310 Mpa, plates - YST 245 MPa, anchor bolt , nut and washer are to be HDG Gr.8.8, structure steel cables should be with class A HDG wire rope with minimum tensile strength of 1570 MPa and single construction, swagged cable end connectors. Supply of Re-Polymer based modules of make InRain (Honeycomb Structure) made up of recycled polypropylene capable of taking vehicular movement up to 31 tonnes with adequate backfilling & 4 small plates combination creating 4 spans inside the module. These modules are made from combination of large (685*410mm) and small (370*411mm) plates along with external locks. Each large plate should have minimum fourteen external locking slots in order to give stability to tank. These tank should have optimum connection & block stability using double lock stability.
